Just got a delivery and my cheese steak was cold. And they rang my doorbell when they were supposed to call when they are out front to not wake my husband up that is in a hospital bed in my living room from a stroke. Delivery sucks anymore! Why? Used to love your food. Pizzas aren't the same either!

Didn’t eat in house we placed the order online. Both were simple dishes eggplant parm and shrimp scampi. Pasta wasn’t fresh seemed like boxed pasta. The eggplant parm was soggy and the blush sauce was bland. The shrimp scampi was also bland and the shrimps where obviously frozen shrimp that where over cooked and rubbery. Worse part is they left the tails on the shrimp. What a shame we were trying a new place. I would never order from there again

Absolutely love this pizza. We love their Margarita and veggie supreme and their pizza rolls are to die for!!Fast friendly delivery service. Glad this is near us!

A sweet lady called me to discuss my online order (I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but please look up date / time of order & employee schedule - 6/11/23 circa 7:45pm). She explained the variances of how the cheese cooks between the two halves I ordered, and then recommended cooking regular instead of well done to avoid burning.Honestly, this level of customer service doesn't exist anymore. I was so shocked / appreciative that she called to let me know. I had a long day of work, and if my food had arrived unsavory, I would've been really upset. Thank you for taking that very kind extra step. Please consider giving this employee a little something extra for making an extremely happy repeat customer.

Has really gone downhill over the last six months, both in customer service and in the quality of the food. I've been a loyal weekly customer for the last sixteen years, but my last three order experiences were terrible. And please don't respond that 'you would have remade my order,' because my marinara (which has been awesome for years) tasted like it came out of a chef boyardee can. I wouldn't have wanted more. Please just pull it together because I won't be back until you do.

I've been coming here for years... unfortunately, it's gone way downhill and the prices have skyrocketed. They got my order wrong the last three times, and when I called, they blamed it on " supply chain issues." Tonight's order will be my last... they changed their marinara and it's worse than Chef Boyardee's. Waste of money.
Food was nasty and burnt. Service was slow and there wasn't even anyone in there. Girlfriend received pizza that was clearly burnt... employee was blind if they didn't notice that. I guess standards aren't a thing in Delaware. So sad. Beyond disappointed. Btw they don't have fountain drinks even though the menu says so. I've seen better food come out of a pig pen. Reply: yes I understand accidents do happen and I was pretty heated because my girlfriend was not feeling the best and just wanted food. I was disappointed because it took 15 mins for a fresh slice.
