The staff at this restaurant are incredibly stingy; the portions they serve are simply not enough, even if you order a large size. I don't understand why they don't give people enough food.

I came to panda express to pick up a delivery order. I spent my first five minutes waiting in line And then when I saw other DoorDashers just go straight to the front of the line, I went there. One employee was making her food for her break instead of helping the long line And/or acknowledging me and another Dasher that was standing waiting to be helped. I waited another 5 to 10 minutes before anybody helped me, and when I finally was helped and told them the name of my order they still had yet to make it Then, instead of making that order, they proceeded to make three other orders before then causing me to wait another five minutes for them to make the order. Waiting almost 20 minutes for an order is ridiculous

The panda express on rt 40/ Pulaski highway in Delaware SUCKS they serve food that's old and been sitting out ALL day then have the nerve to UPCHARGE you just for getting shrimp as one of your entrees! They don't even tell u that while youre ordering or anything and then when u go to pay your total is $3 more. Don't come here it's always a scam of some kind! Every single time. Then you have the guy who speaks NO English all mad yelling in Chinese because u asked why the upcharges every time u come here. Their portions for their meat are one spoon full while they make your whole box rice or nasty low mein that is basically all onions and 3 noodles

This is the dover location i had ossue with! Rude wrong order told they would give me a free plate the lady looked at the top page I told her the day and time I had been there and she refused I called corporate and got a coupon for partial price but would never go to this location again. Was told the g.m is on leave
they said a plate was 16$ and didnt tell us until we were trying to pay. wouldnt take a coupon and said the online service was down. its sketchy and im just going to tell people the story and hope they dont go bc again, thats weird.

WELMA is simply the best! Even during the busiest moments, she and the entire team radiate warmth and hospitality. Their customer service is consistently top-notch — never missing a beat. Kudos to the management for running such a well-oiled, welcoming operation. I also have to highlight the exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the entire establishment. Great spot, stopped here during a road trip. Place was very clean and Rita and Steve were great, my wife is a vegetarian and wanted the eggplant tofu but was just taken off the menu recently. Steve went above and beyond to suggest a special made entre to accommodate for my wife’s preference. Super awesome to have people like that at an establishment
