Don't go here!!!! In picking up dinner last night, my orange chicken had so much bone/cartilage in it, it was absolutely disgusting. Thankfully I didn't break my tooth.

I will never order from Panda Express, Pulaski Hwy again! I ordered the big plate with 3 entrees (pepper chicken, kung pao chicken, and orange chicken), fried rice and chowmein. Chowmein had fewer noddles and more cabbage. the quantity of rice was less. Rice and chowmein tasted nothing like the food I have eaten before at Panda Express. Orange chicken was the best tasting entree. I wish I could add a picture of rice to show the amount I got. The chicken roll was okay. I have definitely eaten better tasting rolls. I'm DISAPPOINTED ?

I have been to several Panda Express across the USA and this location experience has turned my stomach unfortunately. On this day food was going bad and I still prepared it for customer consumption. I wouldn
't recommend this location.Highly disappointed in the lack of food safety.

Food is always great but we stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The lady in front of us waited so long that she gave up and left.

They young ladies who are cooking are experts. Very clean and friendly. The best service and the food is super fresh. Kuddo to the staff who are engaging, making great recommendations, and doing it with a smile. I highly recommend this location.

I have to share my disdain for this location in particular. I've dined at Panda Express from California to Maryland and plenty of stops in between. My favorite dish at this franchise is veggie spring rolls dipped in their Red Sweet and Sour Sauce. This location is literally the only location that I've encountered, mind you I've dined coast to coast at Panda Express, that wouldn't give me sweet and sour sauce in any other manner than individual packets. It's labeled as sweet and sour, but it isn't anywhere near the flavor or quality as the sauce from the kitchen.Getting this sauce from the "kitchen" has been the norm for me at dozens upon dozens of locations across the county. The cashier named "Milan" told me "no, we can't do that." I asked why this is, and she replied "you just can't, it's only for cooking, you're not allowed to have it." All of which was said with a tone of voice I would describe as condescending. She later gave me 6 little packets of whatever sauce that actually is(they call it "sweet and sour") but it doesn't taste the same and it's in the most inconvenient form factor manner. We had to go back to get more because the minuscule amount of sauce contained in 6 tiny packets was not sufficient for our quantity of food, so we went back again and we were handed only 3 tiny packets. They're retaining this sauce like it's unobtainium.Absolutely poor experience.
