To be honest I normally don't do this, and I wouldn't even give any stars!! Last night 10/8/2025 I ordered 20 piece garlic parmesan hot wings, 20 hot wings and 10 mild a LG pizze. Mind you the lady who took my order read it back to me 3 times.. When I arrived to pick up there were only 20 parm wings and 10 mild wings. I was told they couldn't make me the 20 hot wings b/c all the equipment was turned off due to closing. I called today 10/9/2025 to speak to the manager because when we got home there were no sauce on the wings and service was ignorant, the manager insisted I ordered breaded wings and refuse to give me corporates number.. he called me babe and when I corrected his vocabulary he told me I was hearing things and hung up on me. Still never corrected the food that nobody ate because it was NASTY!!.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give NO stars I would! Placed an order yesterday and they gave me chicken nuggets in a wrap that was overcooked and under proportioned. It was supposed to be two buffalo wraps loaded w/everything except lettuce and that is what we got. Manager hates his job and offer to give the standard 10% discount for next order. The next day I earned $10 coupon, so I figure give them another chance. Called to get 10% discount and Manager said no either $10 coupon or 10% off. I was too disguised, but order anyway using $10 coupon. Just received order the pizza was BURNT and COLD (make that make sense!) and the buffalo sauce on wings was so salty would bring on high blood pressure! This place went down hill. I am DONE with them!! Not even worth calling to complain! Not happy about the money loss, but FULL WARNING OTHERS!

It's a pizza shop....What else can you honestly say? The service is always prompt and accurate. I order takeout from here pretty often. They've never messed up an order. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is good. It's nothing to necessarily rave about but it hits the spot. The strombolis are pretty awesome too.

We were the only people in there on Father's Day and the Pat power salad was not made with love. The toppings were on the bottom of the salad topped with spinach and chicken ?. Yea this was a lessoned learned and hard pass for me and family. NEXT!!
Always good quality and exceptional service at Pats on route 40 and Porter. They’ve never messed up on my order. And the cheese actually tastes like quality cheese instead of a margarine under taste. Always my go to for pizza night

Love this place. Every time I order from here the food is great and the employees are super friendly. I decided to write this review because the last time I ordered from here, the delivery driver was super cool, fast, and friendly. I told him that I had also ordered 3 2 liter sodas with my order but it didnt show on the reciept and this was super frustrating because it was for my kids birthday party. The delivery driver Brandon actually went back to the store and got me the 3 2 liter sodas I had ordered and delivered them to me! Crazy good service!

I'm new to Delaware, I've ordered from here 3 times so far, in New Castle location.I've had pizza, a burger and a cheesesteak! All delicious! Wasn't crazy about the fries, but everything else I really enjoyed! The service was a definite pleasure Everytime! I call to order, I'm old school! And the last time I called ahead maybe 3 hours, to have food delivered at a certain time! They were so nice and accommodating! Definitely a fan of this place!
