Extremely rude. The big dude that works there is so rude. I’ve only been twice but both times he’s been working. He knew I was trying to find my card and he says to my friend and I “you just gonna stand there” as I was walking up and then when he confirms my order he said “Jesus Christ” in a really rude tone as well. I had said excuse me and he ignored it. I was not rude or anything, my friend and I were nice and quiet. Both times I’ve gone he’s had this really bad attitude, I’m not sure if he has something going on but I have no clue how he has a job here still and why he is handling people if this is how he’s acting. I hope this isn’t a reflection of everyone in this location.

The older male that works there is really rude and racist. He kept referring to me a “these people”. Don’t go please don’t. They were wrong and still tried to play victim, this is one of the worst locations. I just wanted a refund because they made a mistake on my order and I was threatened by them they told me they were going to call the cops… I was discriminated for no reason. I don’t understand why they are still open. The pretzels that I did I get was old, cold, please if you don’t want to get disrespected while you’re getting pretzels don’t come here.

Food was amazing, service on Friday is the best because of the guys there before closing, my son always loves their pretzels so I can give him money and he orders, way better than Wawa!

The lady was rolling pretzels in the cinnamon sugar with no gloves on. I asked her why she didn’t have gloves on and she stated “ I just washed my hands”. That is nasty and unsanitary. I will never go there again
