Disgusting. Ordered pizza and it’s so burnt and hard. Called the store to ask for a remake and they refused
This is the worst place to to order delivery service. This is the second time I ordered from them the 1st time I had to pick it up after waiting for my delivery which never showed up. This time I waited an hour and 15 minutes just to call the store around closing time time for them to tell me again they could make my order and I could pick it up this time I refused. DONE WITH PIZZA HUT.
ordered at 5:18, we were told it would be 25 - 35 minutes for delivery. no biggie, its Saturday. after an hour of waiting, we call to find out where our food is and we are told "the delivery girl's gps is broken so we are having to handwrite her directions but she will be on her way in just a minute" cool but its 2018, dont we all have cell phones with built in gps apps? should have cancelled the order then, instead we opt to wait. wait for another half an hour and call again...read full review
