Overall experience was really great. Food was good. after long time had non-veg thaali which you won't get now-a-days and had to travel NJ. Though far and also didn't get chance to try other menu items sure will try to go again and again for different flavors. ???

They close whenever they want, do not honor their own posted timings. It is Sunday, at 2 PM, closed, if you want food then do takeout but will take 1 hour minimum, rude behavior. And the restaurant stinks, fishy smell all over.

Great food especially the non veg thali and the Biryani.

This place has become a regular stomping ground for myself and my wife's family. We truly enjoy the food here, especially the South Indian food. We will drive the extra distance to come to Rajni, as they have never let us down! Always good food, especially the dosa!

We have been there twice, and yesterday was the second time ( eating in both times). The food is definitely tasty and well priced but the service stinks. Also, if you are expecting a normal amount of meat ( or paneer ) in your entree, you will be disappointed.........it's skimpy. Yesterday they were totally out of chicken ( supply chain issues maybe). We love Southern Indian cuisine but a half hour drive one way is too much for hit or miss food availability and lousy customer service.

Great South Indian / Indo Chinese cuisine. Decor is not fine dining, but the food is outstanding. Plenty of options vegetarian and meat eaters alike. Try the lamb appetizer. Tasty and spicy!

Nice place to have authentic South Indian tiffins and snacks. The food is tasty and they maintain a very good service with quick and efficient staff. Ambience is pleasant with a decent menu and pricing. Could improve on the quality in Biryani like adding a little more flavour to it. It brings more authenticity to Hyderabadi Biryani.

I've gotten the goat biriani. It's delicious and spicy. I love spicy! The service is great. Everyone is pleasant. I've been there multiple times and always pleased with my food and service.

Good place to have south Indian food.I have been to this restaurant several times in the past few months and food was really good. Spice levels were good and altered as per the custom needs. They do have facility to host parties and the food they served was really awesome and all my guests have received it well.
Wow… we loved that tawa fish fry, authentic Tamil Nandu recipe. Spicy level is perfect in all food. Also, price is not expensive.Seems, they are preparing paratto daily. Kothu paratto taste is good, paratto curry could be better. I didn’t find the authentic Tamil nadu paratto curry(chicken serva) anywhere in east. So they can try authentic chicken serva.I can reduce one star for chicken serva, but I won’t do that. Bz they can improve it and I loved all dishes ?

Many restaurants claim they serve authentic food, but Rajni actually does. The staff is wonderful. They are polite, patient, answer all questions regarding menu items, and when the appetizers and food eventually come, you are in South Indian food heaven. The last time I ate at Rajni was just before the pandemic closed everything down. I ordered Podi Chappo (fried tilapia) as an appetizer, and when it arrived, there were two fish on my plate. I asked the waiter why I was getting two, and he said that's because they were smaller than usual, and the chef felt you should get two! Who does that these days? Well, Rajni does. You cannot walk into a South Indian restaurant and expect mild food. That's just ridiculous. So be prepared for some heat.

One of the best places for south indian food. Love their weekend non-veg thali and the ambur mutton biryani. Don't forget to try their mutton keema dosa. Have some amazing dishes and service is very professional.

Food is delicious. However, they are skimpy on the meat they give in dishes. Chicken tikka masala may have 3-4 pieces of chicken max. Paratha is hit or miss as well. Sometimes it’s perfect other times it’s hard and oily. I drive from Dover frequently for this place (45 mins each way)
