Menus were nowhere to be found and the wall doesn’t break down what’s in the salads anymore the girl kept sending us to the back to get menus that weren’t there they should be readily available but other than that salad works is awesome and always has been

Lost a customer by unprofessional employee over an hard boiled egg. I wasn't asking for free stuff all I asked is put one of the egg on other salad because 1 person didn't want egg. She replied I can't do that but I can remove it. She saved an egg but lost customer.

My husband and I were eating our salads in their dining area and I look up and see a mouse crawling around the dining room!!! Needless to say, I haven't been and will never go back to this place! If I could rate zero stars I would!

Service is ridiculously slow. They're still setting up an hour after opening and letting lines build while all but 1 person hang out in the back. If you're looking for a fast healthy lunch on break go somewhere else.

Saladworks has been in Fox Run Shopping Center since it opened. I stopped there about a month ago and ordered a salad to go. **It costs me over $25.00, NEVER AGAIN, I should have refused ro pay and left. The prices are not clearly marked

Love this place! The manager always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. This is an avocado Cobb salad that I had them put in a whole wheat wrap. Delicious!
Store normally opens at 11am. We waited outside until 11:06am when a lady comes to the door, unlocks it and turns and walks away. I opened the door and told the person I was with the door was unlocked then person walked away. She overheard me and actually said, I have to get the store ready. Really???? Ok! On a positive note, the woman that prepared our food was amazing! We did tip her.

This place is amazing besides healthy eating. It's clean friendly service is second to none. I've been going there for 13.5 years since I moved to DE from NJ. Even there in NJ saladworks was My go to place to eat. Chris has been the mgr for the years I've been going there. She's a great person always cordial professional the best....

I usually go here when I visit my family. I just ordered from them off of doordash and am very disappointed. I am sick, can’t leave the bed, and wanted a nice salad. The food is usually good and the service has always been great. I went to order off of DoorDash and saw that the pasta wasn’t an option. I went to call the restaurant and was instructed to leave a voicemail. I did just that and nobody has gotten back to me. I am highly disappointed.
