literally the SLOWEST drive thru. 40 mins from the time the order was taken to get it at the window. only 4 cars ahead of us.

EXTREMELY SLOW drive thru like there is no hustle inside. Terrible. Sat in a 5 car line for over 30min with no way to get out. Will not come back and I do not recommend to anyone to go.

Great location for a morning coffee! The staff were friendly and quick, and the drink was on point and the food order was at the right temperature and tasted good. Cozy atmosphere and is clean. Highly recommend it for meeting up with friends or getting some work done on a laptop.

The woman who took our order was very unenthusiastic, transactional, and said very little. The only 4 staff there were operating rather slowly for a huge drive thru line and several orders in house. Not a huge deal, but they got our order wrong and the woman who made the drinks tried to convince me that my wife ordered the wrong drink….We both have never once thought of buying a Frappuccino instead of an iced coffee lol. Not a great look when you lack accountability and attempt to gaslight your customers. Gave them a 3 star because she at least half-sincerely apologized.

Often times they forget something to give you from your order. I have to remind them. Particularly when it's a sandwich. Happened to me at several other locations as well. Also, if some is dining in and the sandwich after being warmed ilhas all the cheese melting in it then you shouldn't serve it in the paper bag. The employees have no sense how to serve as within a minute the sandwich will be all sticking with the paper bag and you don't pay to eat paper!!!??

1 hour wait. for a coffee and a sandwich. They were ice cold when I got to the window. No communication, no anything.

Why would anyone waste their time at a place being so poorly run?

Completely out of line and unacceptable for something so simple. That store manager should be fired immediately.

UPDATE: The manager could care less that it’s almost been an hour and just keeps giving me excuse after excuse.
This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. It’s not just today, it’s every time. Ordered at 8:41am this morning and it’s 9:20 and it’s still not ready. I’m not asking for a 3 course dinner.

Staff incredibly rude. Cashier went out of their way for someone they knew in front of me but when it was my turn walked away mid order to go do something else and was not friendly at all. On top of it all the wait time is horrible
