It's a bunch oh bum a** kids that work there they are never open. They open late and close early. I stood at the door 15 minutes before they closed while they hid in the freezer till they closed
I was a customer at the Subway on Governor Square Plaza on 9/22/17 around 6 pm when an employee answered the phone with disrespect to a customer. It was several customers in line with me . The manager was laughing and told the employee it was okay the way she handled rude customers . Another employee by the name of Kayla was also there . Kayla was so disappointed by the Manager and employees disrespect to the customer on the phone. Kayla immediately apologized to us who were in line for the manager and other employee disrespect. We thanked her for being so concern for her customers. The Manager said what are you apologizing for. Kayla said that we , the customers in line were very upset at the actions of him , the manager and employee. Kayla was talking to her Manager in a whispering voice but we could here her. Kayla didn't want to be involved if someone reported. The Manager got very cocky with Kayla and said if she wasn't standing around she wouldn't be involved . Which this employee Kayla just finished to what appeared the restrooms . Kayla looked very confused and hurt by the managers actions . It appeared that this manager was very unstable , irresponsible, disrespectful, and not responsible. He was even, as we seen disrespectful to this young lady Kayla . Kayla said nothi,g and began wiping the tables . I ask this young ladies full name and she said Kayla Ligon . I told her not to worry I would handle it. I am a manager at McDonald's and I would never talk to my employees the way this manager spoke to Kayla Ligon. I would never okay the disrespect that the other lady / employee gave to a customer asking about a few things on the menu. Kayla did say to the manager and lady employee that customers is always right, and now we may get in trouble. Well Kayla Liggon spoke up as we ask everyone to do if we seen another employee disrespect a customer, Subway should be proud to have an employee like Kayla Ligon.
Stopped by at 3 pm and the door was locked but lights were on and according to posted business hours it is supposed to be open. Took my business to Wawa instead.
Ordered a small TOASTED chicken teriyaki and the roll was barely toasted and my chicken is ice cold. I asked for light onions and I have more onions then the chicken, cheese and sauce on this sandwich! And the broccoli and cheddar soup is good. Just ruined my experience with the mid 300 white gentleman's attitude, then eatting cold chicken didn't make it better. Good thibk I could eat my hot broccoli and cheddar soup. Be basic and don't confused them theyes get an attitude. Ha
In and out service, no long lines and good food. Clean place
