“I had the best experience at the Hibachi in Bear last night. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going back. The food was amazing. The server Jess was more than helpful and made sure that our order was correct and she made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough about the experience and service. I really enjoyed the whole dinner.“

“Rice has long been our go-to place in DE for sashimi: thick cuts (as they should be), always fresh, expertly prepared. We love the wonton soup and fried rice as well, and everything we've tried from the non-sushi menu has always been a cut above. Everything tastes prepared fresh that day; the vegetables are crisp; it's never overloaded with salty, gooey sauce. So many places just cover up mushy vegetables and old rice with sugar-heavy sauce because it's what we Americans expect, but this restaurant seems to actually care about putting out quality. The staff is always courteous, too. Thank you for the lovely Valentine's Day meal my husband just brought home. You all are doing a terrific job.“

“I've been a regular here for years, and this place never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. You can tell it's authentic Chinese cooking , not overly commercial or watered down like a lot of places these days.
One thing I really appreciate is the generous portions. You always get great value for your money, and it’s clear the owner isn’t just trying to squeeze every dollar out of customers. Unlike some places that cut corners to maximize profit, here it feels like the focus is on quality and making people happy. That kind of integrity is rare.

“Very authentic food. DELICIOUS! My family and I highly recommend this restaurant. The milk Tea is authentic, we had the coconut milk tea and lemon iced tea cold.“
“Went last weekend and was pleasantly surprised at the assortment of items on the menu and variety of drinks and snacks to buy.
The sushi menu is huge and very well detailed and easy to understand! They had no problem doing substitutions which is amazing!
The prices were better then alot of other places. I will go again soon!“

“I ate California rolls from here and fell in love with their food. You can watch them making it right before your eyes and see that it’s fresh and made especially for you. I tell people their sushi rolls are out of this world! I highly recommend to eat here!“

“We had a wonderful evening at this buffet. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, and the service felt warm and thoughtful. As soon as my kids started eating, they couldn’t wait to play the claw machine. After catching one toy, they got so excited and kept trying to get another one — the owner was very kind and gave them a delightful surprise. The crabs tonight were also delicious. Thank you for giving us such a satisfying and enjoyable dinner experience.“

“Love everything about this menu and the people here. Extremely nice and the food is BANGIN, very affordable as well. Get that Hibachi bowl with the Yum Yum sauce your life will change.
I'd give it 5 stars if it looked cleaner inside but it's hard to care about that when everything else is so good 😭💯“
