Great local place- the staff is pleasant and helpful. They have lots of different flavors of frozen yogurt, they have dairy free options as well as sugar free/ gluten free options. They also have an extensive toppings bar. The owner is very nice and does fundraisers for the local schools

I hadn't been to Sweet Frog in a while but decided to stop in because I got a text alert about a special. Upon entering (this was around 1:40ish), I noticed there was no one behind the counter so I decided to check out what flavors they had available. I saw one I was interested in so went to go and ask about getting a sample cup. Again there was no one behind the counter so I had to wait, and wait, until someone came out from the back. The employee who came out checked out the people waiting at the register. When she finished she kind of just looked at me and I had to initiate and ask if I could have a sample cup. I was a little thrown off because I am used to the employees at this particular location greeting me upon entry or asking if I needed assistance with anything. Before I got my samples I wanted to go and wash my hands. I couldn't use the ladies room because it wasn't in order so I had to go to the mens room. It was filthy. Toilet paper was on the floor and some brown substance around the tp roll. After washing my hands I went out to go ahead and grab my froyo and then got ready to check out. Not much interaction between me and the employee as she didnt say much. That felt pretty unwelcoming. I put in my number to see what rewards I had and before I could read what was on the screen the employee tapped something on it and I was prompted for payment.I hope the next time I return the staff is more welcoming and hopefully the bathroom situation will be addressed for the customers.

Tonight was the most traumatic for my family, I have four children 4,6,8 and 12 and they experienced a terrible service just because we arrived at 8:30 PM when sweetfrog closed at 9:00 PM, we spent 42 dollars and they forced us to leave at 8:45 PM in a very disrespectful way, we have been a loyal customers for long time and tonight was as our last

Brunette cashier takes her job a bit too seriously for a frozen yogurt shop. Making everyone hand sanitize before touching anything in the shop, and watching my 4 year old daughter like a halk while she put toppings on her ice cream? she wasn’t making a mess whatsoever. Get a grip girl lol it aint that serious. Made the whole atmosphere hostile - work somewhere else! Next time we’ll drive to PA sweet frog - way better and friendlier staff! Not kid friendly at all here!

One day this week I stopped by around 8 after work with my boyfriend. We had never been and wanted to try the place. After paying for yogurt which was more expensive then one of their local competitors we went to go sit at a table together. There was only one seat which was a bench and some stacked chairs next to it. We grabbed one of the chairs because we wanted to share the table. We paid about 15 dollars combined for their products and we then we were told in a not so friendly manner that we could not unstack the chairs because they’d be closing at 9. I’m not sure why they would clean up so early as there was an hour left before they close and if they asked we’d happily re-stack the chairs. It was uninviting and honestly I’ve never been to a yogurt place that does this, we will continue to go to our other local favorites (i.e TCBY, Frazzle Berry) and skip this one the next time the chance rolls around due to their odd hospitality.

Always love it here! Yogurt is so good. There's so many toppings & they all look amazing. All the toppings are so neat, too. Customer service is top tier, they suggest flavors, give sample cups, and even offered to help figure out toppings. Love coming here! The loyalty program is great coupons too.

Ok, so we booked a birthday party there. In case you are wondering $50 to book.Kids got to eat what they wanted for flat rate per kid ($5 I think, adults were 7) had 25 guests was $160 with tip included.Kids had an AMAZING TIME! Staff was REALLY INCREDIBLE, helping to serve food (gloved up as well!) and obviously the ice cream. They helped to put on temporary tattoes (BTW they got gift bags from the staff!)Lastly, the Sweet Frog came out and did photos!!SUPER FRIENDLY staff and awesome experience! Well tipped!!By the way, the fro-yo was awesome too!
