This location was packed on a Friday night.So I had to try again on Saturday evening before 7pm. Go early evening on weekends. But everything was PURRFECT!!Service, food, & manager inquiries on steak being cooked as ordered!!! I gladly left a tip for a fine dining experience. I also appreciate no peanuts debris on the floor unlike locations in the Carolinas.

Service has never been this bad. Currently inside the restaurant and everyone in or party of 6 people has an issue with something. Steaks were not cooked correctly, we were missing countless items, and items took forever to come out. This is extremely unacceptable behavior for this establishment.

We came to Texas Roadhouse today with high expectations, but unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. Both my husband and I received the wrong meals, and the food that was served was either burnt like charcoal or poorly prepared. Because of this, we could not eat what was brought to our table.
This was very upsetting for us, as we were looking forward to enjoying a nice dinner together. I also took photos to show the condition of the food we were given.
I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and accuracy of the service.

From management to busboys this place is a business model that all others should emulate. Greeted and seated quickly. competent and friendly waitress. an assistant manager who stopped by to make sure everything was good. excellent sirloin steak and burger. their side salads are outstanding. particularly like their scratch ranch dressing. beer was cold. oh, and finally, the entire meal was very reasonably priced. Kudos to this particular restaurant. i compliment the owner, managers and all the employees of this steakhouse who set and maintain high standards of excellence.

Btw.. thank you to the staff! Now they do customer service! Super friendly! Special shout out to Julia! Excellent customer service!

The food and service were pretty good but it smelled of urine when you walk in which is disgusting and it was unnaturally cold!! It was just 70 degrees outside but I was darn near 60 in the restaurant. Very unusual!!
