Ordered food.Told waitress absolutely no pink in my sirloin steak. When my steak came I cut it in half at my waitresses request yo see if it was done correctly. We instantly saw it was pink. The waitress took the steak back to have it cooked more.7 to 10 minutes later my staek came back the way I originally ordered it.The waitress came over and said how’s your steak and I said good. Then I said since they didn’t do it right the first time that should be worth at least a free beer. The manager came over and said no way in other derogatory words. She did nothing to make me want to go back there again. So if you ever go to TRH in Bear Delaware and the manager is 20 years or so leave while you can because she sucks. 000 out of 10000 stars.!!!!!

My husband and I visited your establishment on 4/26. First off, I have a torn meniscus with a limp and don't like to walk very far. We walked by many empty booths and ended up being seated at one of the farthest booths. My husband ordered his usual 8 ounce Dallas filet, medium rare with a baked potato and broccoli. He specifically requested the potato to be "swimming in butter". I ordered the 16 oz. handcut sirloin with mashed potatoes and chili for my side. I thought my sides were going to be served together, but the chili was brought out first, as though it was an appetizer. I eat my chili over my mashed potatoes. The chili was warm, not hot. The waitress didn't come back for awhile until after I had eaten the chili, as I didn't want to eat it completely cold. Okay, I can do this. When the rest of our dinner was served we both cut into the steaks, mine was slightly less done than the medium rare that I had ordered, but that's okay, I can do this. My husband's first bite of his steak was fine. The waitress came back to ask about the steaks and we let her know they were good. The next bite of my husband's steak was cold. The waitress returned and asked how things were and he let her know that the steak was cold. She asked if he wanted that one warmed or wanted another one made. My husband indicated that he wanted another one made. She took the steak but appeared to have somewhat of an attitude. Someone from the kitchen brought the next steak, which was charred on the outside. We received no service after this. Our waitress never returned to ask how the steak was or offer to get us more drinks. My husband's baked potato had NO butter on it, only a sparse amount sour cream. My husband attempted to flag several people down, including two people who walked right by our table on the way to the kitchen, but they all pretended not to see or hear him. He finally got the attention of a nice young lady on her way to the kitchen and asked for a manager. A manager came and he explained to her what had happened with the steak and no service, and asked to get a box for my steak and the check. To my surprise, she did not even apologize, but brought the box and the check. My husband tried to give her his card to pay the check, but she just told him he could use the kiosk, which he knew he couldn't use without leaving a tip. No customer service here. My husband has been eating here for years, it was one of his favorite restaurants, however he will not eat there again.

Impossible to get into at 730 on a Friday. Go early, even the to go gets backed up. Parking is insanity. Prepare yourself and have patience.

I was about to give up on going out to restaurants because the quality of food and service has seemingly hit a real low. So glad we decided to give Texas Roadhouse a try! The food was excellent and top quality! Our server was great! He came and checked on us regularly and always had a smile on his face! I highly recommend this restaurant!

We come here ... a LOT. Its convenient to a project we have at the moment. We usually sit at the bar for convenience (tables are usually a really long wait) and because we enjoy the staff at the bar. Our service is always top notch. I have to say that after a year of just about every other weekend Saturday and Sunday (on occasion Friday too), there is just no getting a rare steak here. I'm not the only one, I've watched people around us have the same issue. I'm not sure if they are plating and then putting it in the window so long that it keeps cooking.... I wondered if it was chain thing or region thing so I went down the road to LH, got a rare steak...???

If I could give it a 0 star, I would! My friend and I came here tonight for a drink and she found a roach in her drink! Manager didn’t seem to care and all she could say was “ we can make her another drink”.

I had the shrimp and sirloin. The steak was cooked perfectly. The bread and butter are always good. The cactus blossom was nice and crispy. Love their margaritas, too. The waitress was friendly and atentive. We were seated quickly even though they were busy.

It was a Tuesday night so the restaurant was not busy. Our server was great. The manager in the pink shirt with blond hair was rude and didn’t seem to be trained well. She was going around asking how everything came out and when I told her my steak came out rare (close to raw) instead of mid-rare and showed her the response was “okay, what do you want me to do about it”. My response was I need you to take it back. Steak came out a 2nd time, still rare. Sent it back again. It came out the 3rd time medium well, barely any pink left. There was no reason for this steakhouse to not be able to make a proper steak that evening.Mind you, I NEVER send food back. I was not mean about it. More scared than anything. But for it to come out rare TWICE and then way over cooked. Wow. I’ll never go to a Texas Roadhouse again. You can get better food for less at a fast food place. Don’t waste your time or money.

We just left the Bear DE location. Our server, Rubi, was very nice and very attentive. I ordered the ribeye (med rare) for the first and last time. I have never had such an unseasoned steak in my life. The ribs and rolls are always excellent - but avoid the steak. A1 sauce helped, but not enough. I would definitely back, but early in the afternoon to avoid dinner crowds on Sundays.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I love it! Their food is amazing! The service is absolutely awesome, and this place is really clean. They clean the tables after each family sits at it so it's amazing and I definitely recommend this place for any occasion!

Went to celebrate my retirement after 32 years of teaching and birthday, with family. Waited hour for food while tables sitting after us came ate and left.I have multiple sclerosis, and it took so much for me to go out in the evening. This experience zapped my energy, and I was in bed all Good Friday. What an awful way to celebrate.Parking: Not enough parking

Our waitress was the only thing good about our visit. We went when the restaurant was far from busy. Walked up to the host and told her it was 2 of us, she then was completely quiet tapping away on her tablet for about 2 minutes not saying a single word until she finally said she was waiting for a server. So we stepped to the side to wait for the server. A server came and seated a different party, and then another came and seated another party so we got the picture and went to the bench. I wasn’t paying attention, but my partner told me they had seated a couple that arrived well after us before seating us. We had seen them talk to the hostess and they did not have a reservation or anything. We finally get seated and get a great waitress. We order our food and it comes. I ordered the 11 oz. sirloin medium rare. I cut into it and it is incredibly rare not even close to medium rare.A worker in a red shirt comes by and asks how the night was going, I told her the issue and showed her the steak and she then just stared at me for a solid minute before asking “so do you want it to be refired?” I say sure and she leaves. Another worker came with the refired steak, I cut it and it’s still just as rare as before because they only seared where I cut. They bring it out for the third time and it is finally not rare but instead the entire steak is cooked unevenly, some of it was well, some was medium, and some was medium rare. On top of that the meat was so tough I could barely cut it.And for the cherry on top, some worker slid a chair right in front of my booth which made it a bit difficult to get out.For a place that is known for steaks, you would think they could cook a sirloin. With all the other options around here, I ain’t coming here again and suggest you don’t either. I could’ve gotten a better meal and friendlier service at any other restaurant (fast food or dine in).At least my dog will be happy about the whole thing cause now he gets an 11oz sirloin.
