I saw mice and roaches, I would not eat here if you want a clean/sanitary environment.
The cashier always has an attitude clearly doesn’t want to be there.
The owner does not pay taxes and all the employees are paid under the table. There’s a reason mainly immigrants work there.
Cheap labor, cheap owner.
No delivery.
There’s no website either.
Food is expensive, everything is an up charge and the bagels are not baked on premises....read full review

Awesome staff!
Went to pick up a dozen bagels this morning. Was told that none of their specials were being honored due to COVID. Then I was rudely told I could only buy 6 bagels. Not sure why they are limiting bagels. COVID or not most bakeries I know would kill for business and operate on first come first serve. I left and went to the E. Chestnut Hill location. They could not have been nicer and were more than willing to accommodate my request and sold me the dozen bagels I was looking for....read full review
