Yeah so I called concerning a manager opening a tab when I specifically said no. She insisted on opening a tab under my card and over charged me. I was leaving a cash tip that I had in my hand and left it on the table at the bar after having 1 drink and went to look into my Bag for a bigger tip... the cash got taken off the table I called to ask if I had left it there and got hung up on twice after being told I was more than welcome to come down and see for myself. She threatened to call the police on me after being hung up on but yet was back behind the bar getting shots for herself. I'm sure the liquor control board commission would love to know exactly how much alcohol they're serving and how drunk their bartenders are while dealing with a customers and operating a business. I said I understand it's the holidays and that she's busy but that is no way to speak or treat someone who has only been to this place once. The other managers have been friendly with no issue but this one manager in particular was absolutely hammered and completely rude for no reason at all. I am reporting this business.

Went for lunch unfortunately the food wasn’t good. The burger I ordered was too salty and the dip wasn’t really good. The server was nice so I did still tip. Only good thing I had was the fries

I did get a drink or two, but no one of the three bartenders working asked if I wanted a menu. So I don't know if the food got any better than my last visit in October. Someone near me got ranch fries that looked and smelled pretty good. But I didn't get asked if I wanted to order food.

Atmosphere is good if you’re looking to meet people but damn that bartender is hella rude. Wouldn’t even take my drink because I’m a girl. Only acknowledge and spoke to the men next to me. Then when I tried to get her attention after 30 mins she still gave an attitude and did not serve me. She is running people away and literally everyone I run into and knows this bar brings her up. Literally get a new bar tender that enjoys the fast pace job.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad that was the worst I have ever had in my entire life. My chicken was still pink in the inside. Tasted like rubber. No flavor. And the salad given was not equivalent to the prices they charged. The bar needs a serious upgrade. No one wants to sit on torn leather to enjoy a meal. My first and last time.

All of the food is good. Excellent wings. Really good fries and tots. Bartenders are great. It’s a good spot to go for a drink and/or a meal. A lot of regulars in there. Go often and meet some good people!
