We used to grab burgers here when it was Hardee's. That restaurant closed. I'm assuming it was because of the bad experience. Order your food, wait in the drive thru line, pay for your meal, only to be told to pull around front and wait longer. Then you finally get home, ready to eat, and the food you ordered was wrong. New revamped building, new product, same problems... I have loved Wendy's since I was a kid and have fond memories of eating as a family in their restaurants. But with experiences like this and spiraling costs, it's hard to justify giving them my business. I hope it gets fixed before it's too late.

Everything was terrible. They were out of fries and mocha flavoring, offered to give me a baked potato (for an upcharge!) instead of fries. Woman in the window had to repeatedly ask me what my order was, and then did not give me everything correctly. Burger was terrible- the TINIEST amount of ketchup with ONE pickle and the hardest bun I've ever had in my life. My coffee has visible solid chunks floating in it, and the chili is lukewarm at best. The baked potato smells like bad shrimp and I promptly threw it out. I'm appalled at how bad this was, literally no words.

the WORST wendy’s in this area. you would expect them to be better since it’s only a few months new but they really need to replace the staff. the service is terrible and the never have anything that’s on the menu. they close at 12 but stop takings orders at 11:30 which is very odd.

I was there at 10 or 15 minutes waiting for a cold brew coffee when they finally told me that they didn’t have any they offered a hot coffee, but the Employee didn’t know how to make the coffee or port a coffee

I ordered a $6 biggie bag crispy chicken for takeout in store, and it took 20 minutes to recieve my order. When I finally got it, the French fries were under cooked. This experience was disappointing and unfortunately it will be my last time visiting wendys.

Tonight was my absolute last time ever going to this location…..every time I’ve tried to give them another chance (because the location is close to home), they screw it up. Overcooked baked potatoes, undercooked burgers…long wait times, laziness. They may or may not have been responsible for a touch of food poisoning I had….i feel like they were. I’ll be taking the drive down rt 40 to the better Wendy’s from now on.
