Waited over an hour for our food. Put the wrongs orders together. Ex: 5 wings were correct and the other 5 were in the other container. Same for other order. Understaffed. 2 working and must of called 3rd person to come in. Didn’t give us a side we ordered.

The service was not terrible but the food was atrocious!! I orders the Cajun corn and was HIGHLY disappointed!!! They were freaking cold!!!!! In what world do you serve corn on the cob cold?!?! What did you just take it out the fridge cut it up and throw some seasoning on it?? I had to pretty much make it myself you just provided the corn. I had to dr it up to make it edible. I had to actually COOK it!! Yall dropped the ball man. You had one job!!! It is very evident by the reviews that this location is disgusting!! Never again wing stop. Never again!!!

I’m from Louisiana and currently working in Delaware. I decided to try Wingstop, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was already chaotic people were waiting for hours just to get their orders.
When I finally got my food, the chicken was not even cooked all the way through. It was underdone and looked unsafe to eat. When I called to let the workers know, they were rude and disrespectful. Told me “bring it in because we make sure our chicken is cook” From the pictures you can see.
Between the long wait, the chaos, the uncooked food, and the poor attitude from staff, this was a huge disappointment. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Order took close to 2 hours to be ready. They forgot all the ranch and even the extra ranch we ordered. Then we got a side of cheese for some fries that cost $4 and the cup wasn't even filled up all the way. I would take my businesses elsewhere since this location clearly cant handle simple things.
Forgot 10 wings and the wings they did send were sitting in a solid inch of grease and it leaked all over the bag. If you want to be sick then order from this location because it was disgusting.
