I ordered the 40 pieces combo and two drinks. I wasn’t informed that the soda machine only has Fanta. The one drink I don’t drink. I asked for a refund of the drinks but I was informed I had to wait until the manager gets there tomorrow in order to process the refund. I didn’t get my large fries and when I want back I got a small one but didn’t want to argue. I got home and noticed the cheese sauce I ordered extra was basically empty. Lastly half of the wings I ordered had barely any garlic sauce… guess it wasn’t the day

How this place is popular is beyond me. Ordered online only to wait another 16 minutes after arriving at designated time. Ordered dry rubbed wings,yet received oily wings tossed around in dry rub seasoning. Wings could've been cooked a bit longer. Bleu cheese runny and no chunks of cheese to be found. Carrots sticks sliced really thick,celery ok.

Dreary environment, miserable unfriendly employees, slow is an understatement. To top it off, they marked my order ready, showing on the screen and online order notifications. I was told via supervisor my food “ wasn’t really ready, we just need to keep our times down” proceeded to have me wait another 10 minutes and gave me an attitude when I was clearly not amused. Revolving door of employees, clearly this location is doing something wrong.

This was the First time I ever been in a Wingstop I decided to stop at this location in Bear. I walked in and the girl asked me you picking up. I said excuse me she said you picking up not sure what that meant. I said I’m ordering. She said oh well you have to order online. I said order online y’all don’t take credit cards here she never responded and she walked away she was more concerned about the pizzas that she just got delivered to go eat so unprofessional, leaving me at the counter to figure out how to order online. I will never do business with Wingstop ever again!!!
Food always cold. Fries wasn’t fresh. Wings don’t come sauces. I ordered a boneless meal deal and they forgot both my dipping sauces. They must have blind workers working in there.

I got carry out at about 12:30 am on December 2nd, and ordered 10 boneless wings. They only gave me 7 and missed out the other flavors in my order. Not to mention that I paid for two dips and only got one. The workers there are so rude too. I made a complaint to the wingstop customer service, I'll never go again.
