Disgusting food, took forever to get and it was still horrible. When asked to remake our food they told us “it’s supposed to be like that” I’ve gone to multiple wingstops and they’ve never made my food that horrible. Night crew needs improvement.

I called to place an order and the person from the store hung up on me. I ordered online and went to go pickup and was asked to come over to the side pickup window by one of the staff. I came over to the window and was ignored for about 2 minutes while the employees were chatting with each other. One of the employees finally decided to come to the pickup window after a lady walked in who they decided to serve before me. The wings were good but I will not come back here because of the bad service.

First, they could not take my order, because the cashier was on break. I was told that since the cashier assigned to the cash register was on break nobody can take my order. Unbelievable 5 employees present and no one can take my order, very disrespectful and did not wait around for a cashier. Never been to a eatery and could not place an order, terrible customer service.

I got there like 3-4 minutes later than when the order was supposed to be done and still waited in there for an extra 20 minutes. They yelling and cussing in there. I asked for a 10 Piece bone in and they gave me boneless. The sauce isn’t even fully on the chicken. Most of the sauce is on the bottom wrapper of the box.

The wings are too crispy and the sauce is very thin and thick, it seems like they have ketchup on them, you don't have napkins on the tables or a trash container, the fries are too brown or toasted and have too much salt, you really have to pay attention to this... or improve the attitude of some of your staff. Unclean. Overworked and probably underpaid. Though my service was good when ordering. I noticed a working who prepares the food using his bare hands to grab nuggets.
