Usually this location is okay but i went in today and the sanitation was not okay. There were two cooks. One had no gloves but was handling food and pulling up his pants. The other gloves on but coughed right into his hands before handling the food again. I just left before even placing an order. Unsafe and unsanitary

THIS IS THE WORSE WING STOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! THE FOOD WAS Absolutely horrible! There was so much sauce it was coming through 2 bags and leaked in my car. I asked for the wings to be well done they were super soggy and just drench in sauce. They threw the containers in the bag upside down and the wings were coming out of the container. And what’s up with now you have to pay for ranch dressing! Come on wing stop you must do better???

Food is good. Food took forever. Unfortunately the employees are rude and unprofessional. It’s a hot mess in there. Just watched right now as one of the employees was completely disrespectful to a door dash lady. Who clearly was having a hard time and they were completely rude to her. It was disgusting.

They never want to give you any blue cheese and the my barely put sauce on anything. This place is the worst. No one wants to do their jobs in there at all. Make sure to check your order and hope it’s even hot when you get it. Thank god for air fryers.

The food I received was good, but there was a mistake made on my order. I still ate the food. Things can happen, but what received was good and edible, so no real complaints other than one of chicken wing selections wasn't what I asked for. I will definitely come back to get more wings.

I ordered thru Door Dash & 1 meal was missing. The manager was very RUDE! And both the Door dasher & the manager doesn't own to their mistakes. They need to train this manager for customer service! This is an example of a very bad customer service! Don't order from this Wingstop at Bear.

My friend and had ordered online ahead of time approximately 30 mins before getting there. As we enter we are told it would be 3 more mins which wasn’t a big deal. then we proceed to sit for over 20 mins on an order of wings and fries. While sitting not only did we notice the workers giving away free food to their friends but they also weren’t wearing gloves while touching and handing food. Which is disgusting and unsanitary.The ONE glove i saw worn was worn while handling raw and cooked food which is cross contamination. absolutely disappointed for my first experience. smh. AND instead of focusing on the orders they were on their phone gossiping.

They are horrible !! The last time I placed my order I didn’t receive the correct stuff. My soda was suppose to be a sprite and I received a coke. My ten piece corn was missing, wrong flavors on my chicken and fries. First of all none of the food had extra cook time like asked. I called the store the girl who answered said that the wrong drink was the dashers fault, as well as she saw my corn sitting there and said they forgot it. Her attitude was nasty. She swore me up and down that the flavors was correct like I didnt know. The next person who got on the phone said they would refund my order because they was in the wrong and I never received a refund. The only time someone reaches out from wingstop is via twitter !
