Probably the best swordfish I've ever eaten. The food was amazing. The drinks and the service were also outstanding. We shall return!

Every time we visit, this place somehow manages to top itself—and the new additions to both the food and drink menu are absolutely phenomenal. The flavor is always on point, and the creativity behind each dish and cocktail is what keeps bringing us back again and again. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience. If you haven’t been yet, this is a must-visit spot. Thank you Tia and company!

They only have four seats at the bar (FYI). The drinks and food are great! Unfortunately, I rarely saw the server and took over 20 minutes for tacos. I finished and ordered a new drink by time the food came. The hostess was wonderful with helping me with a table since the bar was occupied and her consistently being active while at work. It was just one of those days - hit or miss.

Great drinks, great food, and great atmosphere! Unfortunately, the staff took away from all of that resulting in a one star rating. Poor service will always ruin an evening.

Disappointed. The swordfish special had no taste and the vegetables that were served with it had way too much salt. It used to be my favorite restaurant in Bethany.

I used to love this restaurant and was genuinely excited to come back—especially for the cornpone Caesar salad I’d been craving. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing.

We waited 50 minutes just to receive our cheeseboard. When the Caesar salads finally came, they were missing the cornpone. Only then were we told they had run out of it. Had we known that upfront, we never would’ve ordered them. That should’ve absolutely been communicated before taking our order.

We also expressed how frustrated we were with the slow service, and instead of an apology, we were told, “It’s slow for everyone.” There was clearly not enough staff, and they were overbooked. Every table around us was experiencing the same issue—we spoke to others and all were waiting excessively long for their meals. Yet no one acknowledged the situation, offered a heads-up, or made any attempt to apologize.

At the very least, they could’ve informed us upon arrival that they were short-staffed and running behind. A little communication and consideration would’ve gone a long way.

To top it off, the food was subpar and some of our dishes were brought out incorrectly. This place is not what it used to be, and I’m really disappointed.

I’ve been a frequent visitor to 14 Global, always drawn back by its flavorful dishes and vibrant atmosphere. However, my recent visit over Memorial Day weekend was a stark departure from my usually enjoyable experiences.

Upon arrival, the restaurant was bustling, which I expected for a holiday weekend. What I didn't anticipate was the over-an-hour wait for our food, which tested the patience of even the most understanding diners. The delay might have been forgivable had the service shown any sign of remorse or effort to make amends. Unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued.

When the food finally arrived, several dishes were incomplete, missing key components that are typically standard. While the flavors remained as delightful as ever, the overall experience was marred by the subpar service. It's disheartening when a place known for its culinary excellence falls short in hospitality.

In summary, while 14 Global continues to deliver on taste, the lackluster service during this visit overshadowed the positives. I hope this was an isolated incident and that future visits will restore my faith in what has always been a favorite dining spot.

Best place ever if you come here as somebody who owns property or somebody who is vacationing, this is the best place to go.

We had really high hopes for 14 global. We are a vegetarian family and can have trouble finding a restaurant with solid vegetarian food, we had hoped 14 global would hit the mark.

Overall the service was good to far, they listened and the food came out quickly.

Food wise, the food was a bite dull and could have used some flavoring and a number of veggies options were over priced for the small amount food you got. We ordered the veggie plate, cheese charcuterie board, peppers and gnocchi. The cheese board was the only one that was worth the hefty price. The veggie pickled plate was expensive and all they gave us was 4 leafs of lettuce, 4 spears of pickles, 4 tiny carrots, along with some sauces, which were very small amounts and not super flavorful. I was pretty disappointed in the pickled veggie plate. The peppers were ok but the sauce and greens that came with them were 3/5 stars at best, no depth of flavor on the sauce and the peppers were cooked a little too much to allow peppers flavor to shine.

Additionally the gnocchi, which looked nice was soft and pillowy but lacked any really flavor. They had a good base to work with but could added additional seasoning to had flavor and round out the taste.

Overall, would not recommend 14 global.

Vegetarian options: Pickled veggie plate is too small and over priced
Gnocchi is flavorless
Peppers are ok but need a lot of work

To set a perspective, my family and I have eaten here many times over the past several years. However when we ate there last week, I experienced something unique and disturbing. I ordered a scotch on the rocks (X2) and for each drink, I was charged an ICE SURCHARGE!!! They charged me EXTRA for the ice which is part of 'scotch on the rocks'. This was absolutely ABSURD!!! When I questioned it, Denis the manager said it's their policy. He took $1 off my bill which was NOT THE POINT. It's ABUSIVE to charge for ice in a drink which is supposed to be served with ice......maybe next time they'll charge me a glass surcharge, or maybe a spoon surcharge. So, despite having a great meal, this petty gouging of customers is annoying and insulting. If you need to cover your increasing costs, raise the price of your drinks, don't nickel and dime customers and annoy by giving them a bill with bogus charges. The exchange at the end of the meal after receiving these abusive and bogus charges ruined what had previously been a lovely evening.

As to the owner's explanation below, thanks for the information, but the bill said it was an ICE surcharge and you manager Denis, when asked about the $1 per drink, not $2 charge simply said it was policy. A more informed explanation would have sufficed. Thanks
