Baskin-Robbins

No customer service. Two young girls running. the show. No customers in the entire store , one vehicle in the drive through. We were waiting there for 10-15minutes or so, neither of them paid any attention to us. Not even said we will be with u in a few minutes, no eye contact no nothing at all. All we had to do is pick up an order that was totally ready and sitting in the freezer. After a while we asked them: « if either of them could help us at the Baskin robins side that we just needed the order that was ready in the freezer. They said they were busy and the one girl opened the freezer and literally threw the bag of ice cream in front of us. ! To the people in charge of this business “ Dont bother opening the door to the business if you plan to run it with employees like this. Either train then on how to deal with customers or don’t open At All!!”

There were no signs stating you had to order and pay for ice cream at the Dunkin’ Donuts counter. I found this out after waiting for some time at the Ice cream counter until I was asked for my receipt. So I place my order at the DD counter not having a clue how to place the order because the menu for ice cream is back at the other counter. When I place an order for 5 scoops, they ring me up for only 3 (I had my 3 kids with me at the time and I had no clue how much anything was). Of course I didn’t realize this until I handed my receipt at the ice cream counter. So I had to go back to the DD counter to order again. When I get to the ice cream counter to pick out my order I am told that waffle cones are extra. So I’m not sure how I was suppose to know any of this when I ordered. If they don’t have the flavors you want after you already paid for it, you’re at a loss.

$3.99 for a cone with one scoop. The scoop was the actual size of the scooper. Never coming back.

Tried to order some non-dairy options with banana topping, was given the wrong flavor (hopefully still without dairy) and was told “We can’t do bananas on that so I don’t know why she told you we could” by an employee, without an apology, which is fine until you hand me the complete wrong order. Disappointing experience.

Arrived to grab a small portion of ice cream and took a few seconds to figure out the ordering system, but the staff were friendly and helpful with this. There were a number of good flavor options and an assortment of cones from which to choose. The store was not very busy at the time we arrived so there was not really any wait to speak about. The ice cream was just what we wanted and we were glad that we stopped in.

Dont go here... Customer service is non existent, the poor girl making my shake had no clue what she was doing. NO ONE helped her and when I asked her for a refund after she messed up the first shake she rinsed out the plastic cup and put it back in the sleeve with the rest. As the manager was giving me my refund I told her about the dirty cup and she didnt seem the slightest bit concerned. You would of thought the manager would of offered to remake my shake but NOPE. They should be expecting a visit from the health department.

When we called they told us we would have to come back to the store. Since we don't live in the area this is not possible and no solution was offered. It's a nice setup to charge you more than what they advertise. Buyer beware!
