I attended my first barre class ever this morning. I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was ideal and Erin was great! I just had a baby via c-section 8 weeks ago and Erin modified the ab exercises for me so that I could still do the whole workout. So excited to go back!

Beach Barre Body is awesome! As a Barre novice, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt in the studio. The instructors were great about checking form, giving variations, and being incredibly encouraging. The studio itself is lovely; clean and elegant, and the staff is super friendly. All in all, a wonderful place and a great experience, I will definitely be back!

Outstanding barre facility! I highly recommend the barre classes taught by outstanding instructors with an attention to detail. The sculpting workouts include plenty of stretching while strengthening our core, arms and legs. I've also enjoyed the new friendships I've made there, as it keeps me motivated !

Beach barre body in Bethany is Amazing! The instructors are awesome, the classes follow the barre concept but change it up weekly, you get a full body work that is both challenging and fun. It has been a great addition to Bethany and the owner Sue is extremely accommodating and helpful.

I didn't even get in the door and they were already rude. I was considering going and was discussing with my friends. The women opened the door and rudely said I was standing in the way. No way to treat a potential customer. Never going.
Took three great classes with three great instructors while on vacation. I take a lot of barre back home and highly recommend this studio. Each instructor has their own style which I enjoy because it prevents boredom. The owner is super nice and down to earth as well! This will be my go to stop each time I visit.

I discovered this barre studio as I was searching for fitness options at the beach! As a first timer to barre I was surprised how much I noticed the shaping and toning after a few classes. It really works all the little muscles that you notice in a tank top, dress, and bathing suit. Love that and I'm so glad I found this studio. There are a lot of instructors--- all excellent and provide a different style to their class. I like that variety and it keeps it fresh. The environment is inviting and friendly and overall you just feel accomplished leaving the class. My husband started joining me for the class which is great that we can go together. We both highly recommend this studio!

This class kicked my butt the first time but its getting easier every week (or maybe less hard) Love the enthusiasm of the instructors and the cleanliness and convenient location of the space (in the same shopping center area as Giant and Casapoula in Rehoboth). They also offer a lot of evening classes and early morning classes and (so far) the classes are never crowded - lots of space to move.
