Love this little bar situation. It is basically bethany’s only real bar. Me and all my friends have grown up and seen it built. We love coming. Highly recommend an orange crush it’s a beach special.

We were outside at the gazebo bar. The female bartender (sorry I forgot her name) was very friendly and fun! We had chicken nachos which were the best I ever had. We had the special crusher of the day and that was so good. If I lived here I would be here all the time.

We had Happy Hour (3-5pm) here at the Bethany Boathouse this past week & was pleasantly surprised. Last time we were here it was chaotic. But this time it was a super experience. Christie, our fav bartender from OVBFG, took great care of us! Kind, attentive, funny, and caring. She's such a treasure!
Mom got a Pinto Gris in a fun short souvenir cup and I tried their 20oz Orange Crush also in a take home squeezee cup! We shared an excellent plate $7.50 Chicken Nacho's and Steamed Shrimp (4?) and waffle fries. It was a clear breezy afternoon and we sat at the bar - GREAT VIBE.

Nice ambiance with two bars and plenty seating for dining in. Live music and water fountains made the atmosphere feel good. Gets busy so you may want to call ahead. I had the mussel entree, served a good amount and had a nice taste. I’d recommend stopping here if you spend time at Bethany Beach.

Comfortable place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Had live entertainment that was nice and not too loud. Portions are large and priced reasonably. They have drink specials every night. Will definitely be returning.

Smash burger & Fish tacos were AWESOME! The Crush drinks are amazing. Favorite was the Sunset Crush! Yummeriffic! Just a great welcoming place! Tons of TVs, live music. Great place to enjoy the outside weather!

The food here was astoundingly good. Service was exceptionally fast considering how busy it was, and the atmosphere was laid back and very family friendly.

Only vegetarian options were salads pretty much. The tropical salad was interesting. The fruit was ripe and good, it just wasn't really incorporated with the salad. The dressing was not very good.

Their smash burger is one of my absolute favorites that it brings me back every visit. Fries are waffle and have a good Cajun kick. Only gripe is I went to dinner around 6pm and the live band was way too loud. I get it, but for dinner time I want to converse with friends and family not scream over my table.

Went to boat house which used be a very chill spot until tonight staff was super unprofessional “I ask three times where do we sit we would like to be seated.”it was disaster no communication when we went to sit at a table a waitress said we can’t sit there even though I asked 3 times where do sit no one could answer me service needs improvement.

The food was wonderful. The staff was amazing. They made our first date night after having our three month old son wonderful. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out very quickly. The nachos were the best I have ever eaten. The manager was very friendly and walked around to every table. We will be back again! If you are thinking about checking it out just go ahead and check it out.
