Grotto Pizza

Not the greatest pizza around but Grotto’s are more than pizza.
It’s about family and making memories on hungry impulses.
The staff aren’t super talkative during the day hours so you get to spend more time chopping it up with your uncles and cousins over some decent pizza 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🍕
Definitely a fun sit-down spot… but would NOT recommend just grabbing take-out from here!

OC MD Boardwalk, Waitress messed up just about every order, forgot 1 Pizza and explained the customer was diabetic and needed to eat but very little to no concern. Did not refill drinks or even check on the table. Did not offer to discount the bill. Wouldn't have left a tip but it required 18%. Grrr 9/12 8

Another day, another grottos review. Grottos consistently never fails. Great pass by location, no liquor but they have a beer menu. Cheese bread was cooked to perfection as well as the pizza. Food came out fast and server Sophia was attentive and kind! Definitely recommend stopping at this one.

We always look forward to our yearly beach trip and our meals at Grottos Pizza. We were not disappointed once again.

Ordered the wild mushroom pizza and a cheese pizza. Ended up receiving a plain red sauce pizza with canned mushrooms on it instead of the wild mushroom. The cheese pizza itself was decent (comparable to an average takeaway pizza spot) but the getting the wrong mushroom pizza was an obvious disappointment. Everything here is very pricy. Although that is to be expected for a tourist town, you would be better off spending that kind of money at a local spot with higher quality pizza to make it worth it. That also has the added benefit of supporting local businesses rather than this chain. Pomodoro Pizzeria and Lili’s place both offer much better pizza for lower prices.

I've been coming to Grotto Pizza for 50 years. It's a "must have" at the beach! Eating here brings back so many childhood memories with my parents! They have passed, and my daughter is the 3rd generation of our family to enjoy Grotto Pizza! Fortunately for us, there is one in Columbia MD when we are in the area. We definitely make a Stop.

I can't go to the beach without getting one of Grotto's pizza! I absolutely love their pizza! I've been getting their pizza since I was a kid and it's exactly the same as it was then as it is now.

Great gluton free pizza and a reasonable price point, especially for a tourist area.

People were extremely kind, Service was great, delivery didn't bring the right food but brought it after we called to explain the issue. Pizza was on the same level as Dominos/ Pizza Hut. Edible but not great.
