We visited Patsy’s quite a few times this summer and have added it in to our dinner rotation! The food is great, fresh, and with lots of options. Everyone at the table always enjoys their meal. Martinis are big, strong and taste great, which is appreciated. You must make a reservation in advance since it is a small, popular place. The only downside is that there are limited seats and two of the tables inside are directly under the mini split so you will be blasted by cold air, which is unpleasant and the waitress reported they cannot change the direction of the air. However, this is a non issue as long as you are at any other table. It can also be very loud inside depending on the crowd so it can be difficult to have table conversation. I suggest choosing outdoor seating when the weather is pleasant. There is paid parking since the restaurant is down town.

I can’t say enough about Patsy’s! If you’re planning on a dining experience that’s not mediocre or tourist trap level do not miss the opportunity to dine here. The service is exemplary , the food is divine and so fresh! Drinks are creative and wonderful. Unfortunately I’m always too full for dessert, however I have no doubt it could be anything less than amazing! Viva Patsy’s!

Literally got kicked out of the restaurant by the hostess because we sat at the bar without a reservation. Neither we nor the bartender knew this was a policy. We offered to pay for the drinks we ordered and were told we were not allowed and were asked to leave immediately. Treated incredibly rude. Will probably not return.

Hands down my favorite restaurant on the Delaware shore. The key lime pie is divine and the soft shell crabs and conch fritters are out of this world! The cozy restaurant and rotating menu just adds to the magical atmosphere. I have never had anything less than superb service, food, or drinks here.

“That was the best restaurant meal I’ve had in a long time.”-my husband We shared a variety of apps-mussels, peaches, tuna, conch, and the crab corn chowder. Each one was delicious. We also got the peach cobbler and coconut cream pie at the suggestion of our waiter. Neither of us ever had coconut cream pie before, and it was outstanding. Be sure to make a reservation. We will definitely return.
Great restaurant near the boardwalk. We have eaten here a few times, always with good results. Great staff (very accommodating with great attitudes) and very tasty food. While they feature a lot of seafood, don't overlook their other options. I had the Teriyaki Pork Chop and it was a flavor explosion (recommended by the hostess and it didn't disappoint!) Everyone enjoyed their meals. And the place was hopping!
