This is my favorite pizza (and one of my top 5 restaurants overall) in Bethany. The food is consistently SO good and service is always lovely. That's enough to keep me coming back to a restaurant, but the added bonus is that it's surprisingly kid-friendly.
Kid-friendliness: I've been there with as few as my own three littles and as many as five, and I always feel very comfortable. The tables are spaced nicely apart so you don't feel like you're encroaching on other diners' experiences and the noise level allows you to have conversation around your own table with ease. These are the things I think about with overstimulated kids on vacation!

Jeremy was our perfect server tonight. He had a great vibe and did not fail at capturing our SIX VEGAN personal pizza orders correctly. He was enthusiastic about having his largest all-vegan party to date. He kept our drinks full and checked in often (w/ his million watt smile) for anything else we needed.
Being a larger party w/o a reservation on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend, we expected a wait, but the hostess quickly cleared a table and seated us within 10 minutes of arrival.
The flatbread pizzas were INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. I'm hard pressed to think of tastier vegan pizza we've had at any pizzeria in 20 years of being vegan. My husband and kids agree. And the portion size are just right. Jeremy confirmed w the kitchen: my fave, caramelized onions, are in oil not butter. Yes!
The interior of Pie is beach forward (it's two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean) and hip. There's attractive lights strung across the ceiling for comfort lighting this evening. The menu is straightforward and has all the topping "usual suspects" with a few extra fun ones thrown in as well (corn, eggplant, etc).
A satisfying and wonderful family dinner in a comfortable eatery with excellent service and zero complaints. We will return.

First time was phenomenal! We were here July 26th- came late- 8:50. They accommodated us with ease and the server was great!!!! In and out and she was on top of it. Came back 8/18 and wow!!! The whole staff was WOWED OUT! 3 tables and it took 1.5 hours for salads and pizza. Not bad the 2nd time but opposite ends of the spectrum. Took forever, food was blah but time was long!

Being out of town, never know what to expect from the local beach pizza place.....it was very very good! Similar to a slice in NYC minus the copper water lmao. Delicious and we'd easily come back!
