hot and yummy. easily the best donuts I have had in a decade. vast majority of donuts these days taste generic and weak. nothing to seperate them from Dunkin or Crispy Cream.
these are good all the through from the delicious donut itself to the fun flavors.
they should come to the west coast and show voodoo donuts how its done.

Dietary restrictions: they have gluten free options as well.

Kid-friendliness: super friendly. gave each of the kids a quarter fornuse in the old fashion gumball machine which i now realize i havent seen since the 90s.

Holy smokes! My family and I were traveling through the area, and stumbled upon this amazing donut shop! Sandy Pony serves up warm donuts made fresh to your order! They have an excellent variety of flavors, and even allow you to customize your own donuts as well.

Over the course of a week, we visited Sandy Pony three times! It was so good we just kept coming back! We tried most of their flavors, and we never disliked a donut! They are all delicious! Among our favorite flavors were the Mary Lemon, Cookies n Cream, Big Pearl, Charlie Brown, and Porky Pony. Not only were their donuts delicious, but the service was top-notch! They were super friendly, social and catered to our needs.

I loved my experience at the Sandy Pony and will happily make a trip back to the area for some more amazing warm donuts!

Dietary restrictions: Sandy Pony offers gluten-free donuts, that look just as delicious as their gluten donuts!

Parking: Sandy Pony does not have its own designated parking area, as it is located in a strip mall along the side of the street. However there are limited parking spaces along the road. *In the main tourist season, the parking required a fee.*

Wheelchair accessibility: Sandy Pony is one story, at sidewalk level, with multiple ramps to get up and inside!

Love these donuts!! They are fresh and warm when you get them, so they melt in your mouth and still have a slight delicious crunch when you bite them. We tried several flavors as a family and honestly loved them all. The lemon, cookies and cream, peanut butter, and cinnamon sugar bacon are probably the favorites. We're here for a week and have gone twice now..and honestly are considering going once more tomorrow before we leave. Best donuts we've had! As a bonus, the friendly service is top notch. We've been traveling all over the country and these will definitely be remembered. Wish we had one back home!

Excellent selection of donuts ?. Ridiculously delicious ?. And a huge hit with the whole family. It is a fun beach atmosphere and great service. I will bring the whole family back again when at Bethany Beach . ⛱️

Sandy Pony Donuts is a must-visit spot in Bethany Beach if you’re in the mood for a sweet breakfast treat. The donuts are excellent—fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety of options. I also tried the açaí bowls, and they were just as impressive, making for a well-rounded breakfast. While it’s a bit on the pricey side, the quality and taste make it worth every penny. For a special morning indulgence, you can’t go wrong with Sandy Pony Donuts!

Tastes like Entenmann’s Old Fashion Donuts glazed and whatever topping from the menu sprinkled on top or dipped. They weren’t crispy or chewy, just a hot donut. It’s just OK.

We bought 3 donuts this morning, 2 of which were glazed (lemon and blueberry) both glazed, which was basically a syrup, were tasteless. Not worth the money, really disappointed.

Delicious cake donuts! This was an awesome way to start the day. There was a line when we showed up, but it's well worth the wait.

They have a huge selection of donuts for a pretty decent price. The staff is very kind and helped us pick the right donuts for our family.

It's very much a beach trip staple!

We stopped in after a day at the beach for an afternoon sugar fix and grabbed a can of iced coffee, matcha bubble teas and four donuts.
They are made to order and they were as good as they looked on the menu.
The kids are already planning to go back again before we leave.

These donuts are bomb! There are so many different flavors to pick from. Each flavor is labeled perfectly so you know what you're getting and/or craving! The best part is they're made hot and fresh when you order. They're not sitting out behind the counter all morning. Prices were solid, too! Overall, very impressed with how good they are, only wish they were bigger!
