My group had a delicious meal that consisted of two chicken burrito bowls and a vegetable and mahi-mahi taco...absolutely delicious! And the handcrafted chips and salsa were the best we ever had! Our server Ramon was so accommodating, gracious and fun! What a great discovery while visiting Bethany Beach, and we'll definitely be back!

Great spot, service is great during the off season, Hamilton was an awesome bartender. We got some tacos for taco Tuesday and margaritas, chipotle mayo is absolutely amazing on the tacos and the stuffed jalapeños. Will be back

We have visited on several occasions and find the food to be delicious, well presented and great flavor. The Ultimate Nachos are unbelievably mouth-watering good! Our waitress was very friendly and efficient, the food served quickly. Mexican Paella was full of seafood, Shrimp Burrito well seasoned and full, Chicken Quesadilla and the Chimichanga was super!
Some of our party returned a couple of days later to enjoy the nachos at an outside table. Well done!

In Bethany Beach you’ll find a wonderful, modern take on Mexican food. ZOCA is located just off the boardwalk with indoor and outdoor seating. Even with a busy weekend afternoon the host was able to find us a seat within minutes.
They have bar seating, dining room seating and outside seating as well. The menu is small, which I like. Half is food the other half is drinks and cocktails.
In the pictures you’ll see the dip trio which was a perfect started. Mexican Caesar salad, mango salad, which was light on the mangos which is strange since the fruit is in the name. And also we had blackened Mahi tacos, they were incredible.
Not highly impressed with service. Pet peeve of mine, never go to the kitchen empty handed especially when there are empty plates on a table. Other than that, everyone working was polite. I would go back and eat here again.

We really enjoyed the guacamole, queso ,Pico with chips app. The burrito is very good just needs some sauce with it. I used what was left of the app. Nice location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went to celebrate our father’s birthday, but instead of a meal, we were met with blatant neglect and what felt like outright racism.

We sat for over 20 minutes with no water, no greeting, and no opportunity to order while our two young kids grew restless. Then another family walked in after us—within minutes they were greeted, given water, and asked about appetizers. The message was clear: they mattered, and we didn’t.

As an Asian family, it is impossible to ignore the difference in treatment. Every other table was served promptly, and they were all Caucasian. No one checked on us, no one apologized, and no one even cared when we walked out.

This wasn’t just bad service—it felt discriminatory and humiliating. If you’re Asian, don’t expect to be treated equally here.

We've patronized Zoca since it opened. We loved the original menu with the extensive whiskey offerings (which are now gone. ☹️) Our next trip back was not good (partly because the outdoor tables are so uncomfortable. They're still there.) But we decided to try it again on this trip to Bethany and ate inside. The food was very good. I would recommend it. Some reviews here said it was expensive but everywhere is anymore. I was puzzled why Zóca was virtually empty at noon on a busy beach Saturday. Maybe the service? I didn't get the idea anybody was excited that we were there and the waiter handed me a hot plate! He was very apologetic but...don't do that. Nearly all gluten free restaurant.

Service was lovely! We loved our server Rachel and we loved Javier. The energy was awesome! We had just had a bad service from restaurant next door, and our night improved. The food was yummy especially the queso. :)
