I wanna thank the employees and the manager on duty for helping 🙏 me and wife, she wasn't feeling good she was faint and her heart rate was very low and they reacted with great professional timing and hospitality. The paramedics came and transported my wife to the hospital 🏥. You guys deserve some reward keep up the great work im very greatful thank you for helping safe my wife.

In last 4 weeks, we have been 3 times with family in this Applebees store and 3 time the food was excellent but the service was not the best, and it wasn’t because they were busy. We don’t go there in a busy hours. Hope, who works there love what they do to make happy themselves first, and reflect the happiness to us(the customers).

Had such a great experience! Our server Josh was absolutely amazing—he was juggling at least five tables and still made sure every single guest felt seen and taken care of. He moved around like a quick little ant (I know, weird way to say it 😂), but seriously, he was efficient, upbeat, and attentive the whole time. If Josh is your server, get ready to laugh, smile, and enjoy top-notch service. 100000/10! 🙌👏

I called my order in it when I got there in 15 min my order was never put in so what was the point for call my order in just to have to wait 15 min more. When I complete to the manger she acted like I was bothering her. I would go there every week after work but I'm not going to be stopping there anymore. They replied to my response and had me go to this link that keeps asking the same dam questions. Doesn't anyone care about there job and customer

Would have given 5 stars for food but my salad was drenched in dressing.
Went in for a late night sweet treat and had Gracie as my server. All I got was a shark bowl to drink but she was amazing regardless. As a server I know it can be hard to keep up the good vibes the later it gets at night but her awesome energy and smile made the the experience 10/10.

Real good if you have patience. Watched a 10 top come in like 10 minutes after me and my husband they got their drinks both alcoholic and and non alcoholic before we even got our waters. Servers and managers were kind and apologetic. I’ve been coming to this Applebees since I was a kid and they’ve always been slow especially on the drinks. It’s just something I’ve come to accept
