I ordered a burger and fries with onion rings. While eating, I pulled a piece of hair out of my mouth and realized it was fried into the onion ring. This is completely unacceptable. I will be returning in the morning for a refund and to show them exactly what was served to me. Please take food safety seriously,no one should ever have to worry about this. If you don’t like your job, find another one, but don’t play with people’s food.

Went to applebees last week and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my whole entire life. I was greeted by cyrus a nice young man and was directed towards my seat. I thought this would actually be a good experience but I was very mistaken. I can't remember my servers name but he was the worst server ever I sat there for 15 minutes before my order was taken and I was really hungry and I started to get really hangry and almost ate him. I controlled myself and eventually got my food which is the worst food I've ever had at an applebees. Its like the cooks didn't even give a morcile of effort in anything. The chicken was raw and the cheese sauce was as runny as a waterfall I will never be back at this location.

I went to this Applebees expecting some good eats and left kinda disappointed. My food was not up to par with the likes of the harbor and it may need some work. Although the service was really good. There was this young lad Cyrus and he was very nice and friendly. It was an ok experience all in all👌🏿

Unfortunately I had Ron as a server, who was extremely inattentive. Most of the serving staff huddled with the general manager around the kiosk to input orders around the bar. They laughed and had a merry time while the Eagles were making a comeback with the Commanders. However my server’s lackluster and lackadaisical attitude towards his job was truly disappointing. The food was great so kudos to the chef, you’re doing very well. But for the restaurant to be very full, almost every single server seemed to be not caring. The only server who seemed to be concerned the appropriate amount was a curly brown haired fellow whose section was to the left of the entrance. All the serving staff could use a bit more training. Not to sound rude but there’s not reason my drink should be empty for over ten minutes when I ordered 15 minutes prior, and entrees not appetizers. Ron even came back to greet a table behind me and walked away so quickly I had not time to ask for a refill. Waved down another person to ask for refills. When Ron came back with them it was clear he seemed annoyed because I asked another person. I understand they have the kiosk on the table but I had no clue about that until the end of my meal. All in all disappointed with the service but the food was good. I would order curbside to avoid the service.

I would like to preface this with the fact that we visit this Applebee’s pretty often; at least once a week. Our expectations aren’t high because it’s Applebee’s. We’re not expecting Michelin Star level from here. The food and drinks are cheap and they’re open late. I don’t leave reviews, but it does get to a point.

On multiple occasions, we have visited and the service has been near non-existent; orders never rang in, drinks taking up to 30 minutes, servers disappearing after the food is dropped off among other issues. Tonight, a couple at the bar near us complained about the lack of service from the bartender who was clearly in the weeds. As opposed to assisting the bartender, who was balancing his customers and service bar well outside of the impatient customers next to us, everyone just sat and watched.

There were at least 4 servers sat watching the bartender juggle between customers + the manager. No one stepped in to assist. All of us currently serve or have served in the past, and the general consensus is that it seemed ridiculous to have a near empty floor and a packed bar, but no one is helping out.

We have a few servers that we will sit with because we know the service will be good, including this bartender so it’s not necessarily about capability. The service issues and poor floor management make for a few eye-roll moments. And very very rarely are the servers or management remorseful about the mistakes. We don’t really need explanations, just our food and drinks on time. Our visits have greatly decreased due to this. Hopefully they get it together.

I wanna thank the employees and the manager on duty for helping 🙏 me and wife, she wasn't feeling good she was faint and her heart rate was very low and they reacted with great professional timing and hospitality. The paramedics came and transported my wife to the hospital 🏥. You guys deserve some reward keep up the great work im very greatful thank you for helping safe my wife.

In last 4 weeks, we have been 3 times with family in this Applebees store and 3 time the food was excellent but the service was not the best, and it wasn’t because they were busy. We don’t go there in a busy hours.
Hope, who works there love what they do to make happy themselves first, and reflect the happiness to us(the customers).

Had such a great experience! Our server Josh was absolutely amazing—he was juggling at least five tables and still made sure every single guest felt seen and taken care of. He moved around like a quick little ant (I know, weird way to say it 😂), but seriously, he was efficient, upbeat, and attentive the whole time. If Josh is your server, get ready to laugh, smile, and enjoy top-notch service. 100000/10! 🙌👏

I called my order in it when I got there in 15 min my order was never put in so what was the point for call my order in just to have to wait 15 min more. When I complete to the manger she acted like I was bothering her. I would go there every week after work but I'm not going to be stopping there anymore.
They replied to my response and had me go to this link that keeps asking the same dam questions. Doesn't anyone care about there job and customer
