The meals were fine, at least mine was. The only thing that bothered me was the fudge cake & ice cream. The serving size did not reflect the ad pic in the least bit, but even worse, they burned the cake where it was hard as a rock.

I think Applebees is an amazing restaurant. The food is excellent and fresh. I have never had a bad meal there and it is my number one favorite. The waitstaff are very nice and have fun personalities. My only complaint is that when I was there with my family there was this loud mouthed jerk at the bar that was talking and laughing loud and being completely obnoxious. Everyone was staring his way because he was so annoying. This was on Thursday night. The entire time we were there he wouldn't shut up. The meal would have been a more enjoyable experience if our dinner didn't have to be ruined by an obnoxious drunk. There were people there trying to have dinner with their children. There are plenty of other places he could have gone to behave that way. What a great example for children on how to behave in public.

Even though they were busy, we got seated fast, got attended to fast, got our delicious food fast, and got refills without even having to ask. The only thing that took awhile was the check at the end. But being full and happy, it was no problem having to wait for that. ?

Went there on a Friday night - was busy but not packed - waited at least 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us - had to ask another waitress, who was working her butt off, to get us someone. Host seating us was pleasant! Most of the people working there were sitting at a corner table watching the football game or on their phones! I mean I can understand that when its not busy but HELLO! And they wonder why people don't go out and support businesses! Our waitress never wrote a thing down, forgot my husbands drinks and our kids orders. She did "comp" us for my husbands drinks - we got the new Holiday platters - both of our fried shrimp had a black tint to them and were limp and soggy like they had been sitting around all day, we did not eat any of them! - the salmon and steak were good!

Went to Applebees on a Friday night for a nice beer and quick food. Was seated at a table and waitress disappeared. Moved to the bar for hopefully quicker service. Waited 45 minutes for a burger after asking about where my food was the bartender went to look. After a few minutes brought out my burger that was raw inside. Asked for a manager who came over and said we are busy sorry. Unacceptable!!! No more service in America people just do not care ! Bartendar did take off burger and a beer ! Manager should be fired

Go see Amanda, and she will show you the best time and help give you the best ideas on what to eat or drink. Her vast knowledge of the menus and of how the kitchen runs allowed us to have the best dining experience we have ever had at any Applebee's ?. She was so kind, and we will definitely be back in to see her again.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a Rollator, and there was no issue getting to our table with space to store it nearby so that it wouldn't be in anyone's way.
