The staff in this Baskin-Robbins location is in dire need of training on QUALITY customer service. One staff in particular, Sara Grace, thinks it is good practice to roll her eyes and make a face at the customer. When asked to speak to the manager on-site, there is no one there. Is this standard procedure? Who is supervising the staff then?

This Baskin-Robbins does not merit even a 1 star. Had it been an option, a 0 star is a more appropriate.

i ordered from Baskin Robins on DoorDash and ordered 3 banana splits with 3 different flavors of ice cream for each. when we received my ice cream we were all missing our flavors and we only had one flavor that was in there. we were also missing our bananas in all of them. i’m very disappointed. they could have at least let the door dasher know they were out of the flavors and bananas but instead we waited for ice cream we didn’t even receive.

Placed an order for pickup and they literally told my driver they had none of what I ordered. It was literally all different things. I understand that the app may not accurately portray everything but to say you have ZERO of the four different ice creams I ordered is just crazy. Won’t be ordering from here again, won’t even know if they have anything.

The praline and cream is to die for at this place I can eat this for lunch breakfast and dinner. The staff here is alway nice. The place clean so u don’t have to worry about getting sick. I drive 40 minutes for this at least once a week. All the other flavor a great

Horrible service or lack thereof. I waited for 10 minutes to be served only to look at these 5 ladies taking among themselves and only doing drive-thru orders. finally walked up and asked a lady and she said you have to come to the Dunkin counter to order, " I've been waiting here for 10 minutes.

have received my order wrong 2 times already from them, I also try calling right after placing my order to make sure they don’t miss out on something and they do NOT answer phone calls, I literally called them 10x today and not one single time they answered.

I want to preface this and make it clear that the employees were not the problem with my visit, they were polite and handled everything so well. 5 stars to them for being kind especially when things in life haven't been great.

My issue came with what I ordered. I came in with my wife to get milkshakes. Half of the stock was put away for the day, which is understandable I have worked at a Baskin Robbins previously I know the procedures. We were informed the freezer that was available was having a few issues and did not think it would cause too much of a problem. Unfortunately first sip of the milkshake was vile. Inspection after the taste test showed that it was separating, my wife's moreso than mine. After that my body is rejecting the shake making me violently ill. I think the freezer needs fixed before they serve anything from there again, the frozen-thawed icecream can make someone else just as, if not more sick than I am currently.
I wish the employees the best l, I hope that freezer gets fixed sooner rather than later.

I ordered a 3 scoop double chocolate fudge sundae with hot fudge and strawberries. Well I got something like vanilla icecream 3 slices of strawberry and chocolate sauce. Nowhere near what I ordered.
