“I have to say for the past year that I lived in Dover I’ve only ordered from this location. I have to say the online service has been very efficient. I do receive my food in a timely fashion and the food is done well. I just moved 10 minutes away from my previous address to a new construction. It’s very difficult for people to find Where I’m at because the GPS routes them to a different location. To my surprise, I placed the order online and then called the location just to give them specific instructions for delivery. The gentleman I spoke to was so nice. He listened and took down detailed notes of how to get to me and passed it along to the driver. The driver got here exactly the same time the app estimated. He was very sweet and professional. I have to say the service was very, very wonderful and gave me another fantastic experience.“

“The guy who waited on us at the counter was very nice and patient. The lady in front of me ordered this ridiculously long order and wanted everything freshly made and took about 20 min to place the order. But he was still super friendly when it was my turn. I ordered one simple thing (a chicken little) and I literally waited 15 - 20 min for it. And I wish I wouldn’t have because it wasn’t very good. I hadn’t had one in years and was craving one and it disappointed SO much. But the service was good. The place is super clean inside and usually always is. So def try it out just give yourself some xtra time or avoid if your in a rush. Because drive thru and counter both usually take a little while. But I will def go again. It’s better than it has been.

Parking: Parking lot is always pretty empty. Spaces close to door always available. The only spots taken are the drive thru oeoooe they tell to pull around to wait on their orders l.

Kid-friendliness: This place is great for anyone including kids. There never usually anyone sitting inside whenever I have been here. Just bring something to do while waiting for your food so they don’t get bored.

“Burgers and Brews has quickly become my go-to place on Friday and Saturday nights! Even though I live in New Jersey, the drive is worth it because it’s that good. The vibe is awesome, and the menu has something for everyone. My personal favorite is the Skeleton Cowboy burger—it’s a must-try! I even ended up buying the Skeleton T-shirt to rep my love for it.

The happy hour deals are fantastic, and I’m a big fan of their themed specials like hot dog night. The bartenders are incredibly friendly, and the entire staff is attentive and on point. The food consistently comes out quickly and always hits the mark.

One of the things I really appreciate is that they’re ADA accessible, which is a huge plus for the area and for people like my dad, who has ALS. I also love that Burgers and Brews is family-run—it adds a welcoming, homey touch to the whole experience.

I wish they weren’t seasonal, but I already can’t wait for them to open back up next year. If you’re looking for a fun friendly spot with great food and even better people, this is the place to be!“
