Both entrees were made with the wrong ingredients or missing them entirely (even paid addons). Happened the past two times I placed a pickup order at this location.
So if you like not getting what you paid for you’d probably really like this place

I stopped eating Chipotle à while ago, the received à gift card for Christmas and thought this would be a good time to try them again. However, to my dismay, it was worst. I saw the commercial on the brisket, and thought that it would be nice, but it was awful. Almost every spone full had to be spir out due to the fatty, chewy meat. Was not à good expérience at all. For me or my wife. She generally likes it better than I, but not this time. I think thats the last time for both of us. Very désappointé. On top of all that, i paid $4.00 more for the brisket. Never ever again.

This was honestly our worst experience at this chipotle.. we are used to getting awesome bowls/burritos. The staff was somewhat rude and seemed to be annoyed that my partner was even in there.. they close at 10 right? They started packing up everything at 8:30. I'm not a cheapskate but prices have also gotten higher, we paid 34 bucks for two bowls that weren't even that full and the food was cold haha. The staff also looked like they didn't even know what they were doing. Sorry but not, if we're gonna be paying almost $35 for two bowls then I expect actual portion sizes and just throwing a light lair of meat and then a sh*t tone of lettuce.

The music here is constantly too loud, it’s as if they intentionally turn it up so people don’t sit inside.
Sometimes they run out of cheese and the chips are almost always stale....some of the different foods are spicier than I have had at other Chipotles but that's not really a bad thing, just not for my taste buds. "Chipotlane" is a great idea, but it gets very backed up and service is sometimes slow. Not sure if people come before they are notified their food is done or it's just peak times.

Good food. I just do not like how they slide my bowl or burrito across the table that's dirty. Meaning when they make food the counter has food particles from previous food....and they slide other people's food through all that's. Yuck. But I'm gonna still eat there. Because food is good.

This is my first ever negative review and it’s 100% due to the cleanliness in this restaurant. The last few times I’ve been here it’s been BAD. I’m sure the employees are crazy busy but someone’s gotta clean that place 😬
