I've been to this location a few times and they're always friendly and helpful. The food is always wrapped nicely and taste fresh.

Went in at 8:42 on a SATURDAY night, steak and carna asada was all dried up and burnt could tell it has been sitting for hours, idk how slow they were but you have to have fresh meat and ingredients like they say in the commercials like I keep giving this location chance after chance after chance when is something gonna change?

Literally I’ve never had an order delivered by them correctly. They’re always missing something. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered a burrito bowl, my husband a burrito, and my two small children kids quesadillas meals. They sent the kids rice in dip cups and nothing else. Just rice. My meal has no rice. I ordered a normal burrito bowl. Nothing crazy. Nothing was wrong with my husbands burrito. But now I have to scramble and go find something else for my kids to eat at now 9:30. This is our last order with chipotle.

White girl, blonde hair. Didn’t catch her name but she is very rude every time I come in. She needs to be fired or be disciplined. Very rude and disrespectful to the paying customers. Very rude to her co-workers as well. I love chipotle but when I see her working I turn around. She likes to complain and say things under her breath as if us customers can’t hear her.
