One of the WORST chipotle restaurants! First experience representative was serving food wiped sweat off his forehead then coughed and continued to serve food! Second time kids taco chicken rice salads … they gave rice salsa and guacamole????? Teenage daughter orders Two rice bowls one kids one regular chicken salsa rice sour cream cheese… no chicken gave beans and lord knows what else!! I have NEVER experienced such mess!!!!!

Worst run Chipotle I've ever seen. Orders are always wrong. They offer credits instead of giving a proper refund only to mess up the next order all over again! Just close this location already!
2/25/24 - I've never experienced such a horrible visit at a Chipotle. It was 7:30pm and they were out of guacamole, salsa, onions and peppers. Said there wouldn't be any coming up. Two police officers were there grabbing a bite to eat and asked if there were onions and peppers coming up. The young lady server barely looked up at him and shook her head no. The place was extremely untidy. There was a pool of water near the drinks. NO PLASTIC WARE to be found! Behind the counter where food was served and prepared was a horrible mess. The server's gloves were a mess and so soiled with food that he left a mess on our burrito bowls from the food on his gloves. Totally unacceptable. Not sure who was on staff as manager but this is nothing like I've ever experienced before...smh.

We went here at the request of my nine year old daughter for Valentine's Day. We haven't been in years so knew nothing about the menu. So we were already ordering inside when I was told I had to order online to get a cheese quesadilla for my daughter. What? So we downloaded the app, ordered, then waited 15 additional minutes to get her said quesadilla. By then the rest of our food was ice cold and not worth eating. Having to go to your seat and then also ordering on an app after you already ordered your other food is just stupid games to me. We will not return. And she didn't even like the quesadilla because it was so dry. This is not priced or organized well for families.
