The store is filthy!! There was a mop bucket sitting in the corner of the seating area which smelled terrible. My husband’s burger had hair on it. When he took it to the counter they acted like it was no big deal and offered him a new burger. We declined and left. Will never go back to to this place.

Employees do not greet the customers, the workers were total chaos, I have the app to get free items with my rewards and I was still charged full price. Food is great but kinda just rushed and a little sloppy.

Pretty sure they are serving gone bad ice cream. Mine just tasted like sour bad milk. This after waiting 20 mins for the ice cream while people behind the counter just stand around.

Extremely rude employees. They obviously don't want to work and make it quite known. We ordered three medium blizzards and they made two medium and one small. I showed my receipt and asked for the small to be corrected to a medium. You would have thought I asked for the hardest thing on the planet. Management definitely needs to fix the attitudes of their employees here.

Store has gotten a lot better. All the staff works really hard under tough conditions. Between eat in, drive through, mobile orders, doordash, and uber eats they get a lot of orders and they do a great job with them.
