I am very pleased with my Delivery. The food came in very quickly plus it was hot. I accidentally received the wrong item. I called the store and immediately revived the correct item. The last that answered The phone was very polite. I am happy with everything even the delivery man was gracious! Great job!

I purchased a pan pizza. the pizza dough was undercooked below the layer of cheese. So much so that it was coating my throat and making it difficult to swallow. I called the store for a resolution. I was told that I should have asked for the pizza to be well done🤔. The resolution was for me to bring the pizza back and they would run it back through the oven. Overall poor customer service, terrible pizza. I guess I didn’t need it any way. Today was my cheat day.

They always notify the order is ready. When you walk in to pick it up 10 mins later, they tell me waiting on part of my order to finish. Just notify when its completed.

Very long wait times. And delivery times are atrocious. Please don't ever get anything delivered from here, you'll wait an hour or longer. Other then that, the food itself is pretty good. And prices are good.
Delivered over an hour late, order showed complete 30 minutes before it arrived. I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes while listening to automated advertisements. Upon arrival, the order was cold.

I have to say for the past year that I lived in Dover I’ve only ordered from this location. I have to say the online service has been very efficient. I do receive my food in a timely fashion and the food is done well. I just moved 10 minutes away from my previous address to a new construction. It’s very difficult for people to find Where I’m at because the GPS routes them to a different location. To my surprise, I placed the order online and then called the location just to give them specific instructions for delivery. The gentleman I spoke to was so nice. He listened and took down detailed notes of how to get to me and passed it along to the driver. The driver got here exactly the same time the app estimated. He was very sweet and professional. I have to say the service was very, very wonderful and gave me another fantastic experience.

Left my food outside without me requesting no contact, then, the driver lied to his management and told his management that he knocked on my door and nobody answered. Very unsanitary to leave somebody’s food outside. on the website and ask if you want no contact so unless stated by the customer, no contact the driver is supposed to knock on the door ring the doorbell. I got neither courtesy.
