Over an hour for ONE pizza?? Do better. Call or reach out with some automated message to your customers somehow and apologize for being short staffed or for whatever issues may be causing a longer wait when something like this happens. It’d probably make situations like this more bearable.

So this pertains to people who are oppressed and struggling with day-to-day issues I am a homeless individual I walked into the building because they provide Wi-Fi and was asked to leave because I was not ordering even though they have a small table for you to sit at and each time I walk in there I am asked to leave because I am not spending money I've stood outside of the door to get the reception on the Wi-Fi and told that that's not okay and had to move literally 12 inches away for it to be acceptable she's stand outside of and get the Wi-Fi that they provide if you're not spending money you can forget using their free Wi-Fi and it's funny how it's always the same two individuals that are just jumping my bones nobody else that works in there has an issue with me sitting in there trying to take care of getting a ride to go home and not be out in the cold

This is the 2nd time this place will not take Cash….. They state it’s “Policy” That if the tender is over $10 change that they can’t take it…. They had the nerve to tell me to walk my kids down to a nasty Liquor store after I worked 14 hrs to ask them for change for a $50 when my bill was $23.50…., You all don’t have $26.50 in change?!?!? What a joke this place is, I’m not talking my kids into a liquor store At night with drunks….. How embarrassing when standing in line I have to tell my kids they aren’t getting their pizza because they business refuses to take my cash…. The girl was inconvenienced by having to take her ear bud out of her ear 3 times to even speak to me…. Maybe post the policy so we know ahead of time but yet Corporate states they have never heard of this so called “policy”…..

I love the pizza but they screwed up my order but they did catch it, had to wait a extra 15 minutes.
When you order and request New York style dough, it’s to actually get that dough and not just the regular one. The delivery lady was kind, but both pizzas came with the wrong dough.
