I’ve been living in Delaware for a year and in the beginning customer service was wonderful. I really don’t think this morning supervisor I understand people have allergies. I don’t ask my drinks to be mixed because the spoon has been an almond milk. I’m allergic to. I started drinking a Matcha in the beginning They was not mixing the Matcha drink one morning. I explained to that supervisor. I have a lot of allergies. Her attitude was the worst. I don’t care. I have to mix it. I’ll put it in the blender. They don’t even clean the blender the spoon and this one supervisor her attitude is the worst and she thinks it’s nice to call everybody, honey sweetheart darling. I just say you cannot mix my drink because of my allergies. Her response is well, honey I don’t know what to tell you, but I’m mixing this Matcha and for now on all the drinks will be mixed. The reason why I don’t ask for my drinks to be mixed is because of my allergies in her exact words that’s not my problem so I’m professional. Question, where is the rest of my Matcha because it does not add up to a medium

The customer service on drive thru is terrible! No thank you no at have a nice day!
Drive thru taker saying “anything else” every item order I’m placing is so irritating. The drive thru line isn’t fast enough so rushing to take my orders isn’t helping either.
Management needs to improve on this location!

So I went to this Dunkin at 12:00pm ordered the 6 dollar meal and , mind you it’s wasn’t busy because nobody wasn’t in the drive thru. So I get my food and it was burnt black . I took the sandwich inside because who is eating this ? I go inside not busy on the inside. So what was the reason you continued to serve something Burnt to a customer smh . Because if it was busy I would have gave them the benefit of the doubt. Mind you when I took it inside the young lady that was making the drink was laughing smh .. Dunkin yall need to do better .

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately I gave them business about five times a week. Their service is horrendous. Often we pull up to the order speaker, they completely ignore us, then the younger guy at the drive-thru snaps with a nasty tone saying we “aren’t pulled up enough to be seen.” Really? You can see my vehicle from a mile away, that excuse is laughable. His attitude and loud disrespectful tone is not appreciated and after today will not be returning.

On top of the attitude, the dishonesty is unbelievable. Today was the final straw. I had ordered two 25-count Wicked Munchkins last time. The woman tells me they “only have ten left.” Then when I get to the window, the entire tray is full of the exact munchkins I ordered. Flat-out lying right to the customer’s face. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

This is the third time in a row the staff has been rude or dishonest. It’s beyond ridiculous. Dunkin’ needs to seriously retrain this location or replace employees who think treating loyal customers like garbage and lying is acceptable.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ location for the past 3 to 4 months, stopping in almost daily before work. I always order the same drink: a Caramel Iced Coffee with liquid cream and sugar, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle. Unfortunately, the drink is never consistent. Some days it tastes great, but most of the time it’s watered down and missing flavor, especially the caramel. Despite this, I’ve never complained because I’m usually in a rush.

Today, I politely asked, “Can you please make sure whoever is preparing the coffee adds caramel?” I just wanted a drink that tasted right. The person taking my order, who I later found out was the manager, responded sarcastically with, “That’s what’s on the screen, right?” even though my drink is always rung up correctly and still made wrong.

When I pulled up to the window, I asked to speak with the manager and realized it was the same person. I asked instead to speak with the owner, who is usually respectful and understanding when I have concerns. After I spoke with him, the manager loudly commented behind the closed window about how I “come every day and cause problems.” I could clearly hear her.

I responded, understandably upset, and police were called. The officer didn’t take any action, likely because he knows how staff at this location can be. Still, the manager then decided to ban me from returning.

This experience and location is a joke. I’ve always been respectful, and all I wanted was a correctly made drink. If someone working in customer service takes offense to a customer politely asking for their order to be right, that’s a serious problem. As a manager, professionalism and communication are essential, none of which were shown here. I will GLADLY DRIVE TO DOVER DUNKIN to get a coffee that is made correctly without having to ask for it to be every single day.
