The bacon on my cheeseburger was rock hard.and the french fries were soggy and not cooked thoroughly . In my opinion, the prices are just too high for being mediocre fast food at best. I will not be back to five guys again.

Man I didn't know making 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries took 25 mins. The food was decent, no one greeted me at the register. For $40 I would expect good customer service and exquisite food. Yeah, no, I think I would just go to Jake's wayback from now on. This was just my experience.
