Terrible! Pizza was cold, had to send it back. Server forgot the salads, and the salad was terrible when it arrived. Cheesesteak sandwiches were dry. Almost everything ordered was wrong or forgotten. We will never eat here again, paid $80 for 4 people, awful waste of money. Should have gone to Olive Garden!!!

Emily took great care of us. Burger, salad, wings and pizza were all great. Emily's smile and friendliness as she got our order and all the extras set us at ease after coming from a funeral. I'd give more stars for service if I could!!!

Got the regular pizza, some wings, and garlic bread. I felt that the pizza here was a let down. Before moving to Delaware, many YouTube videos and locals recommended eating here as it is marketed as the "best pizza in Delaware." Figured I had to give it a try and it just was not what it was hyped up to be. The old bay wings were solid, the honey BBQ were good too, just not crispy which is no fault to them that's just what happens with saucy wings. The garlic cheesy bread was just okay.
The place is quite expensive in comparison to other pizza spots that I've had back home (New York), so that was even more disappointing.
The staff was very nice, the place was clean, and the bar looked nice too.
Food was less than good. Most items were way over cooked, on the verge of burnt. Do not know if their supplier changed but the taste and texture was not good. The grilled steak salad...never again. The broccoli bites also, never again. They used to be really good not anymore.Pizza and french fries were still good though. Still with those you should be ok.

Cheesesteak was good but not as much meat as previously experienced. Tasted good. Caprese salad was good as well.
The food is always great at Grotti's. I try to eat there every time I'm in Delaware. It's nice that there are several different locations. I love the pizza. This time, I had the steak and cheese stromboli and was not disappointed. It was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try the chicken Cordon Bleu stromboli. Trivia was an added bonus, I wish we lived closed so we could participate regularly.

Visiting family in Delaware and passed by Grotto Pizza and had to stop, remembering how great the pizza is from a prior visit.
We ordered a large Traditional pizza and just loved every bite. The crust is thin with a slight chewy texture, the tomato sauce is fresh and the cheese is very different from other pizza but quite a great taste.
We loved experiencing Grotto Pizza again.

My wife and I took my daughter and her grown children to dinner. We had broccoli bites and mozzarella sticks for the appetizers they were great. The pizza we had was one of the best I have had lately sausage and sweet peppers. And the Waitress we had was just a doll. We all enjoyed our visit.
