I ordered the 3 piece chicken big box with two thighs and a drum stick (extra crispy), coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. I was told that they were out of coleslaw, and agreed to substitute macaroni and cheese. When I got home, the order was nowhere close to being correct. Instead of the two thighs and a leg, I got 4 wings (original recipe), and I did not receive the macaroni and cheese.

They messed up my order. The line is ridiculous and the inside is closed. I caught an employee heading inside and he said he’d take care of things but I waited 15 mins and he never returned. I called inside and the manager apologized and brought me the correct order but the chicken was undercooked 🤮
