Stopped by for dinner tonight and order a 4 piece chicken tender with two sauces. Also ordered 6 tacos for my kids. Got home and the tacos were fine however I had 4 pieces of fried chicken and no sauce. I am not a fan of fried chicken I only eat nuggets or tenders etc. super disappointed. Now I am going to bed hungry!

I haven't even eaten my food yet because I'm sitting in my driveway to write this review. I don't ever write reviews but after my experience I felt it was necessary. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 of the $5 3 piece tender boxes, 10 cherry pie bites, 2 drinks and a side of mashed potatoes. The gentleman in the window was friendly, gave me my drinks and told me it would be a 5 minute wait for the tenders and I told him that was not a problem. I didn't realize I would be waiting for an hour! They must have given my food to someone else. I asked an employee how much longer it was going to be and they finally brought my food out. Well, part of it. I only received my 2 tenders boxes and 1 of the sauces. I went in to get the rest of my food. They try to hand me just 4 cherry pie bites and no potatoes and when I told them that's not what I ordered they tell me it will be another 3 minutes for those then bring my mac and cheese. Needless to say I had to walk in 3 times to get my correct order after an hour of waiting. When I called and spoke to the manager, Patty, she wouldn't let me finish a sentence and tells me all she can offer me is a 4 piece tender combo for my trouble. She said she didn't know how I could possibly wait an hour when it only takes 4 minutes to cook the tenders. I don't know either, Patty, maybe you should train your employees better and not snatch things out of their hands while they're preparing someone's food.

They never get our order right, I even sent food back through the window and they assured me it was what we ordered. We never know until we take a bite of whatever burrito we order. Staff is friendly but handing out the wrong order is a long time trend for this Taco Bell.
The guy who waited on us at the counter was very nice and patient. The lady in front of me ordered this ridiculously long order and wanted everything freshly made and took about 20 min to place the order. But he was still super friendly when it was my turn. I ordered one simple thing (a chicken little) and I literally waited 15 - 20 min for it. And I wish I wouldn’t have because it wasn’t very good. I hadn’t had one in years and was craving one and it disappointed SO much. But the service was good. The place is super clean inside and usually always is. So def try it out just give yourself some xtra time or avoid if your in a rush. Because drive thru and counter both usually take a little while. But I will def go again. It’s better than it has been.
Parking: Parking lot is always pretty empty. Spaces close to door always available. The only spots taken are the drive thru oeoooe they tell to pull around to wait on their orders l.
Kid-friendliness: This place is great for anyone including kids. There never usually anyone sitting inside whenever I have been here. Just bring something to do while waiting for your food so they don’t get bored.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair entrance and tables.

I was yelled at by the manager because my poppers wasn't isn't the bag. She was so rude to me. She actually forgot to put them in with my chicken. Then she threw my bag at the young man at the window and refused to apologize for her behavior. I didn't get my original chicken because they were out of it. They forgot my plastic wear and through it all I was still ok because the young man at the window was so apologetic. It's no wonder so many kfcs are closing down.

My food was terrible & the cashier acted like they didn't want to take my order. The restaurant was dirty......tables weren't clean & floors weren't clean.
