There was a sign on the door saying closed for remodeling. To find out after speaking to someone there
They said it was no longer a kfc, and they were going to be a taco bell. I ask where the next nearest KFC is, and she told me where it was and that one also is closed and will be only a Taco Bell. If this is all true, the company could at least update their web pages So people don't go out of the way to visit the location.

This restaurant has the worst customer service. I placed my order through the app at home and arrived about 35 minutes later to ensure it would be ready, since the app estimated 20–30 minutes. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told my order wasn’t ready and that there would be an additional 20-minute wait for extra crispy chicken.

I agreed to switch to original chicken and was told to park and wait 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, then went inside, only to be told there was still a wait.

To make matters worse, I couldn’t receive a refund because the order was placed online, and trying to resolve it through customer support was a hassle due to automated bots. Overall, a very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service.

There’s so much more that happened that’s not mentioned

Worse place ever. Waited over an hour for food . Then when we said something they git nasty and said I could put on a uniform and come back and help.

Loved the chicken pot pie. When I tried to pay, I was told the 5 dollar bill i had was too old and they couldn't accept it. This is the USA and that was American currency, I don't get it.

I was there to pick up some food as a DoorDash driver around 11:15 in the morning and it was a small order and I waited and waited and waited. The staff seemed very in disinterested. The one young woman was having a discussion apparently with her boyfriend. There was no ice in the soda machine and a couple of older people told them and they did nothing. Another customer stood there waiting to order and then after about five minutes, he walked out. There was also a There was also a very large order for Uber eats that had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. I assume that driver gave up waiting and left. After about 20 minutes, I finally got the food.

Went through the drive thru and before I could order, the person on the intercom taking orders was being negative to a coworker about how busy they were. You can't treat your customers as an inconvenience, so I decided not to order and go elsewhere for lunch.

The worst fast food place ever. They never have anything ready the wait is ridiculous. I have been here 2 times and both times I had to wait 15mins for something. Go to a restaurant to go. You will pay as much and have better quality for the wait. Only good thing is the 2nd time today, the staff was pleasant

Food is OK, if you can get your food, if you don't wait 30 minutes or more. Just walked out without it actually since I waited half an hour, and I had groceries in the car. I stopped at rofo to get papsi to make my own Pepsi with cream since they couldn't provide me with one.

I stopped in at Kentucky Fried Chicken on the spur of the moment. Had a taste for their great tasting Pot Pies! Also placed an order for a friend for their Famous Fried Chicken!

The food was. Fresh, Delicious! I was so moved by the Service given.

** The gentleman on duty that waited on me was name Jaylen. He presented Amazing Customer Service Skills. He was very kind, in answering my questions. I couldn't help but notice how he took Pride in his job, to want to give his best, in making sure he gave not only in his manner but, also in his attitude

Came in just before 9 pm in the drive thru. An employee was sitting smoking near the back entrance. The employee working the drive thru seemed confused by my order (one meal with a drink) and kept forgetting what I had asked for. After I paid—and only after—he told me to park on the other side of the restaurant. I then waited for my food—chicken tenders, wedges, and a biscuit—for 30 minutes. The employee came out around the 25 minute mark and seemed surprised that I was there. For my trouble he added a few tenders to my basket. The tenders were not hot and I did not eat them. Other employees walked in and out of the restaurant while I sat there. While a few customers came through the drive through while I was there, it was not terribly busy. I did not see much activity in the kitchen. There are signs on the windows that say “we no longer issue refunds.” I cannot recommend this KFC location.
