The guy who waited on us at the counter was very nice and patient. The lady in front of me ordered this ridiculously long order and wanted everything freshly made and took about 20 min to place the order. But he was still super friendly when it was my turn. I ordered one simple thing (a chicken little) and I literally waited 15 - 20 min for it. And I wish I wouldn’t have because it wasn’t very good. I hadn’t had one in years and was craving one and it disappointed SO much....

Stopped in for some Taco Bell this time. Also got some KFC for the fam. Everything was fresh and delicious. The burritos were awesome! Biscuits were fresh, hot l, and soft. The front register associate was outstanding! I did not get his name.

Your experience will be hit or miss depending on who's working that day. The food seems rushed and thrown together on different days. Also they will keep your penny and claim they don't have any to give back. They're making a mint on keeping the pennies. When I complained I was treated rudely. Even Corporate ignored my query about the pennies. This can't be legal ??♂️
