They used the wrong kind of bun plus steamed it like it’s a filet-o-fish. I don’t eat the regular buns, only the potato roll. They wasted my cheese cuz they put in in the bottom so basically paid for nothing. This McDonald’s always messing up my order every time.

Ordered 3 large fries, and after sitting there for 10-15 minutes, this is what they ended up giving me. I should've checked the bag, but geez. Some people have no pride or take very limited effort in the duties that they applied for and were hired to do. Funny how they did this after what I assumed was the manager walked out for the night.

Place seems fully staffed. Being young is not an excuse, orders should be done faster and more accurate. Get some caffeine in you, quit dragging your feet.
But once eventually a supervisor or manager so I was waiting he heard what I needed and went himself to do it, so that's why not giving them just one star.
Place was clean though.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Placed an order on the app when I was about 10 mins away arrived at store and was ignored for another 10 minutes. When I was finally addressed staff asked me what I ordered. Told staff qpc was then told that takes a while to make it'll be another 10 minutes

We had to be parked for our food. But that’s okay!!! The burgers, fries and nuggets were great and delicious!!!! Very nice employees. What a nice change from other locations. We will definitely be back to this location. Thank you!

Stop parking cars!!!! When you park more cars then available parking spots! Thats an issue!! Stop bagging fries if you’re holding on anything else!! Cold fries are not good or iconic, stop taking orders until you catch up!! Stop blocking 1 lane off because you’re overwhelmed! Owner stop buying stores when you can’t efficiently run the ones you own!! Milford is a disaster also. Also it’s the past 4 times! All shifts!

Ordered a happy meal in drive through for my kid and was going to get me a drink but after I told them my kids drink they immediately said to pull forward, didn’t ask if that was all or anything else so I decided to just get my drink next door. Was fast however as it was slow.

I get breakfast here often and the drive thru service is terrible. I rarely get my hash browns and right now I have been waiting over 10 minutes for my food. I was told it would take 266 seconds....well that was wrong. I use the app so it should be quick and effortless. It is not at this location.

Went on drive thru and whoever was taking my order was rude. She did not let me finish ordering. McDonald’s in general need to do better with customer service.
