From the moment I went up to the drive through.I knew that something was going to be up with my order.The youngly, who took my order seemed lost. The only decent experience was the young man that gave me my food.. go to give the kids burger to the kid and it looks like they forgot what a burger is! Pathetic! This place was actually nice when it first opened up.

Absolutely the worst drive thru in the state. 30 minutes to get a Big Mac meal on a Saturday at 130pm. It's always a fiasco there in the drive thru.. plus I always use the mobile app!

Gave them a second chance and they failed miserably. My family had missing food in all but one trip. Workers are typical unprofessional(even for minimum wage fast food). You're waiting on your food like they are slaughtering the animals with every order.

I hardly eat McDonald’s as it is but with out fail this restaurant is A. Always out of what you order so you can’t just do pick ups. B. Forgetting most of your order and your having to go back. C. Just not making it as you requested so messing up your food. Also when you go in it is a 20-30 minute wait normally and when you go through drive through at least 10 even when not busy. I’ve had staff lie about being out of things then other staff telling me I can get it. Then when they mess up your order be obviously upset that they have to remake it?

Everything was made fresh and inviting. Quiet and comfortable. We ordered the Daily double meal and a BigMac. It came w nuggets and fries and a mocha frappe,large. Service was fast w a smile and a greeting. Fries were fresh and delicious, frapee was made 👍 ghr with Out Ice chunks.

Went there last night 11/25/25 and they messed up my husband's burger. He asked for no onions or mustard on his burger and there was no mustard but they were sneaky and put the onions between the burgers in the cheese? Since when did they start doing this? And no one stayed and the very last window to MAKE SURE our order was right. Wait till the customer pulls off before walking away instead of sitting there doing whatever you were doing on your phone as you were walking away AND as you handed my husband our order. Very unprofessional. Even IF it is fast food ...

This place is the worst McDonalds i have ever been to several times having to be parked for simple food for 20 to 30 minutes then they bring out cold food and don’t care about there customers and one of the rudest employees i have ever seen right down to the managers and i can see by the reviews im not the only one with this complaint someone really needs to step in from corporate this place is a joke
