Possibly the most consistently bad taco bell I've even been to. Excruciatingly slow drive through despite never being busy, constantly messing up orders and somehow never having half the standard menu available. Literally told me they can only do soft or hard tacos today with no explanation of why that was. Others days they don't have this or that ect. Honestly just needs to be removed as it's a complete embarrassment even for a fast food place.

Watched an associate knock an XL drink cup on the floor, full rim contact with the floor—associate put the cup right back on the stack, to be given to next customer. Gross. I witnessed this due to long wait time on an order (way past pick up time). Health inspection needs to pay a visit.

Worst taco bell ever... food order is always wrong. The people making your food is eating the same time they are making so don't see how they pass a health inspection. Lastest order was wrong. Went inside they remade the order. Should have checked it. Got home order was still wrong. They are more worried about getting people out of the drive thru time and wait in the parking lot then getting your order right.

It’s absolutely ridiculous how long they make you wait for your food. Even if it’s one or 2 items. There is literally no point in having a drive through, if you’re gonna make people pull around and wait 15 mins for 1 quesadilla. And, when they do come out, they have no idea whose order is who’s, asking each car-what they ordered. Just close down.

I literally ordered one item from the drive thru. Nobody was behind me and they asked me to pull around and they will bring it out when it's ready. There were 2 people already waiting in their cars. Took 5 minutes to get to the first guy and 5 more minutes getting to the next, then me. This place used to be the spot! Now the sign is falling apart, the food is not that good, and half the time they are only serving tacos....

Went to the one in Camden delaware we went to order at the drive threw and they told us the only thing they had were tacos nothing else that was on the menu. How is that possible?

Dine in is open but they won't let you order inside. You can only order drive thru. Meanwhile a 3 year old is running behind the counter. Unlike any other taco bell I have ever been to. I would give less stars if possible.

Nobody was working in the store. I saw one worker smoking outside, and one worker sitting at a table on break. Nobody was at the counter to take an order. So I drove to the drive-through, and nobody answered on the microphone. Several cars in front of me also drove off. This is quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant I've ever tried to order from. Also not very clean. The owner obviously doesn't care about this place. Corporate HQ really needs to revoke the franchise or close it.
