We normally like this TR, but the last two visits have been very disappointing. We decided to go for a Mother's Day lunch but on Saturday the10th. Ordered our usual 6 oz. sirloin with sides (salad and potatoes). Salads came out quick but were not as nice as usual (mostly lettuce). We waited another 40 minutes for the main meals. Managers could use some training in customer communications and attitude
Texas Roadhouse has always been one of my favorite restaurants…and my dining experience today cemented that even more. Matt was our server and he was EVERYTHING my family needed and more! We were waiting for 2 other guests to arrive and he was so patient! He was so great with my toddler! He was on the ball with everything we needed! Our food was cooked perfectly!
