We go there quite often to meet family or friends and I have never had a bad meal! Love the atmosphere and the servers are awesome.

If I could give a zero for food I would! Went out for a birthday dinner for my son; party of seven. Blooming onion was half raw onion, two people ordered chili as a side…cold. One person didn’t get their drink until 10 minutes after the rest of us. Steaks came out for dinner, an ordered medium rare was on seared, raw meat in the center while the others were all over cooked to well or medium well when everyone order their steaks medium rare or medium. They took the raw steak back and it didn’t come back until everyone else was finished eating. Anyone who ordered a baked potato got a hard potato. I asked to celebrate a birthday it was never done. Worst experience in a restaurant ever and my bill was 347$.

We have had some issues with takeout in the past from this location but tried again today. Everything was excellent and the girl at the pickup window was so upbeat and a sweetheart! Thank you!
We normally like this TR, but the last two visits have been very disappointing. We decided to go for a Mother's Day lunch but on Saturday the10th. Ordered our usual 6 oz. sirloin with sides (salad and potatoes). Salads came out quick but were not as nice as usual (mostly lettuce). We waited another 40 minutes for the main meals. Both steaks were way overdone therefore tough and chewy. Potatoes were lukewarm (regular baked for husband and sweet for me). When the person came around and asked about the meal I told her and she did offer to have another steak cooked, but we had already waited 40 minutes for it and were hungry so we started to eat what we were served. She looked at my steak and did admit it was overdone. Not sure why the wait problems as you were about only 1/2 full and we didn't even order anything special.

We sat at the bar and had full meal service. As usual, we both loved our steaks and sides. The fresh rolls with cinnamon butter are addicting. Definitely a good meal experience for the price point.

We went to Texas Roadhouse for my son’s birthday yesterday. We came early to get the early bird special and to be home early to celebrate with our family. We were seated immediately and after asking about the early bird rate our waitress waited 25 minutes to bring our drinks and told us we couldn’t get it bc our order would go in after 5. After waiting 25 minutes for water, she brought a dirty cup and no straws and we had to wait longer. She finally took our order and we asked for rolls. She didn’t come back again and another 20 minutes later we had to yell to her to get her attention bc she forgot us, but was also avoiding eye contact or checking on us. When the food came out, everything was great except one nearly $30 Rib eye that wasn’t rare or (medium rare like I ordered) but raw. We also couldn’t cut or through any of it. I told my server and she kindly took it back. Unfortunately a manager brought me back the same steak. I told her that I told my server it was too tough, I had to wait another 15 minutes for a new steak while my potato got cold. No one offered a fresh potato or offered to take it off the bill. At this point we had been there for an hour and a half and bc our server was taking so long we couldn’t even get a saddle ride for my sons birthday. It was a horrible experience and I dealt with/2 managers during my dinner, neither asked how anything else was or apologized for my experience. What a ruined birthday dinner.
