Customer Service could be much better.
I had to call the cops because Ian Seotti refused to give me the drinks I paid for. He said the in-person transaction that I made don't go through in the system and was cancelled. I showed him my bank statement where the charge just came out but he refused to look, refused to give me his name, crumpled up the receipt threw it away and walked away telling me I didn't pay. Ordered a pickup order to pick up yesterday morninfin Uniontown, PA and no one was there when I got there. Doors were locked, lights were on but no one came to the door or drive thru. Their hours were marked as open online and it took my money, I have sent two messages on their online feedback and no one has responded.
