Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

Good experience, and great product

I ordered a delivery order and not only did they forget one of my smoothies, but they put the order on the porch in the heat and didn’t knock or ring the bell to notify me that the order arrived. Then when I called the store, the person I spoke with would only give me a store credit in which I had to come in to use. I tried to explain that I was working and could not come in and that the smoothie was my daughter’s breakfast and he hung up on me!! I’m very upset as we frequent this location often.

Food was mediocre, delivery forgot all drinks and refused to redeliver. Last time doing business with this company. Founder of Tropical Smoothie was by Brother In-laws best friend in high school.

The Tropical Cafe on Cherokee Street in Chattanooga, TN is by far the best I have ever been too!! They actually know us by name and greet us by our names every time. Their Sandwiches are always fresh and hot and made to order and their smoothies are absolutely out of this world!!! Especially the Peanut Protein Smoothie 😋😋😋. We love this location so much and how were treated we visit at least once or twice every week.

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

Tropical smoothie has hands down some of the worst breakfast I've ever had. Pretty bad considering fast food breakfast tastes better than here. Also prices here are out of control.

Speaking with your customer service representatives has been a nightmare..the supervisor Terri wright is very unprofessional and will not provide me information to receive my refund for a product I never received. I am going to make sure I share this experience on all platforms and with friends and family. You guys do not care about your customers. There has been no resolution provided no offer of compensation no straight answer given to what can be done. It’s really insane to go through this behind some freaking smoothies! I am very displeased with how this is being handled between you and DoorDash whom you’ve chosen to use for deliveries in my area.

Not a fan of the new menu at the Conway Arkansas store. Won’t be going there.

25-35 min wait in the drive thru every time.

I placed an order this afternoon that included two smoothies. I was a little late picking up my order. When I walked inside my smoothies were sitting out. The smoothies looked like juice. I kindly asked the woman that was working if she could make them over for me. She looked at the ticket, told me what time I should’ve been there, refused, and said it wasn’t her fault. I walked out disappointed, especially because I bought the other smoothie for someone to cheer them up. I walked back in asking to speak to the manager, and she told me that she is the manager and that the owners policy is not to make smoothies over. When I got home I noticed she forgot a bag of chips that I requested with my order and a side of sauce. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

Very good customer service. The person behind the counter helped us select the right combinations for our smoothies and was patient. And I was pleasantly surprised with how big the smoothies were.
