Customer Service could be much better.

I had to call the cops because Ian Seotti refused to give me the drinks I paid for. He said the in-person transaction that I made don't go through in the system and was cancelled. I showed him my bank statement where the charge just came out but he refused to look, refused to give me his name, crumpled up the receipt threw it away and walked away telling me I didn't pay. When the cops came and asked about the transaction, Ian showed them the receipt which showed I paid. The cops asked where did it show cancelled and Ian could not show where. The cops kept saying "the receipt says paid", but Ian only pointed to where the receipt says "order closed" and said the other manager would be coming in. When the other manager came in, he said it was a system glitch and had my drinks made. But when Ian was there,he made no attempt to look at my statement, troubleshoot, or listen to me, tell me his name, give me my receipt, or get another manager who could help resolve. He just told me that my order was canceled, told me I didn't pay, and told me I could send an email. Ian was rude and uncaring for NO REASON! The cashier who called him over asked for help with the transaction and he told the cashier to cancel the order--that I didn't pay--don't make anything. Now after sending in a complaint to Tropical smoothie and nothing being done, I regret not filing a report with the police on the spot. It would be nice to receive and apology...my $20 back...compensation for time and embarrassment of Ian lying in the store saying I didn't pay...maybe a promise to train the staff...something?

Ordered a pickup order to pick up yesterday morninfin Uniontown, PA and no one was there when I got there. Doors were locked, lights were on but no one came to the door or drive thru. Their hours were marked as open online and it took my money, I have sent two messages on their online feedback and no one has responded.

Kavi and rohit were very good employees and made sure I was all squared away and even brought my food to me while I was sitting down, made sure I was appointed for. Very good, respectful workers.

showed up to pick up a doordash order at the duroo Avenue in Mobile Alabama the door was locked while 6 to 8 people were sitting there dancing along with the employees the line of cars was around the building and the line outside was about 10 people

Do not go to the Patchogue location if you can help it. I had an issue where I needed a refund. The shift manager could not issue a refund and said the manager would call me. Well, it’s been 4 days and no call. I have called there 3 times so far and each time the workers take my name & number and say she will call and I don’t hear back. Also, they won’t answer the phone if the shift manager is on break because the rest of the staff that work there only speak Spanish and can’t take an order.

I love going to Tropical smoothie in Camden the Service is amazing The Young lady who is there in The Morning is awesome simply amazing Along with the young Man Desmond

It was exceptional. They offer some delicious juices with variety of flavors. The place was clean, well maintained and organized. The staff were very friendly and professional. The customer service was on point. We enjoyed it

I went to Tropical Smoothie in Camden,De for the first time and had the best experience especially for a first time customer they young lady at the counter Justina was so helpful and answered all my questions and was definitely knowledgeable about the menu items because I was so indecisive seeing all the delicious sounding selections she helped me figure out what would be best for me I will most definitely be coming back the customer service was great and my smoothie and wrap was amazing

My best friend and I went the other day for the first time and although the prices are on the higher side the smoothies are very big and quite delicious I had the beach bum smoothie and it's the best i ever had I will be getting one everytime I go and Justina did our order she was fabulous and she told every person welcome in and had excellent service.

Your Little Rd location in Arlington, TX is great. Will be a regular, as I’m in the area at least 3 days a week. Would’ve been a regular in Mansfield as that’s where I live, but, they seemed to not want to be bothered. No greeting when I walked in. The young lady went to make another smoothie, but didn’t say anything to me, and there was no one else in the store. The guy in the cowboy hat was within my view, I’m pretty sure he saw me standing there waiting too, but he continued his conversation with someone in the back.

I have traveled a lot and gone to tons of different smoothie cafes and this is the first I will reveiw one because my goodness is this the BEST smoothie shop I have ever been too, the smoothies are natural and so good tasting. The woman behind the counter, Im so sad I didnt get her name because she deserves the biggest praise. Food and Smoothies 10 out of 10. Customer service 10 out of 10. You have to go here. I wish I didnt live out of state Id come here everyday if I could.

I went to gran opening wich I really enjoyed there smoothies and salad plus chicken bacon wrap was so good . It will For sure keep me on check with my diabetes . Management and customer service great .. plus proud of my grandson just started going work there he really likes it..Something new in granbury yay bout time healthy!!
