Auntie Anne’s has been around since I’ve been in high school 1993 that I known of. It was interesting to found out they’ve been around since 1988. The pretzels 🥨 still have the same taste 👅 Service can be a little more outgoing and smile a little 😊 at customers. Other than that, keep up the good work!

i do not understand how you can have 5 employees in this small storefront and STILL nothing is happening.
waited 20 MINUTES for the pepperoni pizza bites, after being told it would take 5, before finally requesting a refund because we were tired of waiting. the cashiers then had no idea how to refund us and had an attitude for wanting the refund at all.
there is literally ZERO sense of urgency at this location- and not a single hairnet in sight.

Went there yesterday. The card reader didn't work for tap, so I tried chip. Also didn't work. Next card reader, the same thing. Had to pay in cash (that I had reserved for something else). Got my snack boom, it wasn't even warm. I hate it here.

Cashier was very rude. Didn’t acknowledge me or even say “how can I help you”. She didn’t even give eye contact. I felt like a burden.

Terrible store please closed that store down it’s unacceptable for my pretzel nuggets to be old and taste like it been sitting out there all day

It was an absolute pleasure being served by Gwen. She gave me samples of the lemonade to help me make the best choice for me. Awesome experience!!!!!
