There experience with a young man Paul really made my day. He was super helpful and patient. Young people have lost the ability to communicate nowadays. I am happy to see that he hasn't. This is the one in the mall. He was working with Sam also.

Intentionally gave a burned up one when there was a good almond pretzel. Racist!

The mall has two different Auntie Anne's, one in the food court and a stand-alone store near Target, and this review is for the latter. I used my BOGO offer from the app on some pretzel nuggets, and service was quick and friendly. Zero issues using the app here. This location is right by the kids' play area and some seating, so very convenient instead of having to go back to the food court for a snack.

this establishment was an 11/10. Wonderful staff service. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

Service was rude, and should be absolutely embarrassed that neither girls behind the counter could do basic math, needed a calculator for a 10 cent difference.

These days it seems like most malls are closing up OR are turning into ghost towns with lots of empty store fronts. I am so pleased that this mall is thriving during these difficult times. Not only are all the store fronts open for business, but they keep expanding the adjacent land to include more shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Main Event and Cinemark Cinemas are both on location. We have been to both and enjoyed our visits. There is also a Cabela's adjacent, which is decent. There is a Dicks Sporting Good, Costco, Michaels, Home Goods, Marshalls, Hallmark and a Petco in the same business complex. I rarely make it to the surrounding buildings, but I often find myself at the main Mall to either shop at Target or Macy's. I also like the Lolli & Pops candy store in the mall. We have used the Barnes & Noble book store here countless times to shop and also to attend children's story times. The mall has a decent Mother's Lounge for Mom's with children who need to tidy up or breastfeed. The food court is decent. I like the Suki Hana, Chick-Fil-A, Charley's Philly Steaks, Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. There are several sit down restaurants in the mall and adjacent to the mall. We enjoy the Cheesecake Factory, Yong Kang Street and Shake Shack to name a few. Usually, we attend for their holiday set with the Easter Bunny and Santa. We have had good experiences. Most recently, I was at the Mall to utilize curbside pickup at the Target. I was in and out in a snap. Such a great service during the pandemic. We were also there to do Build-A-Bear on Columbus Day, which worked out well. Staff limited the number of customers in the store and had hand sanitizer readily available. I was also in the adjacent PetCo, which is a pretty decent store with pet supplies and PETS. Overall, I think this is a pretty good mall. I am glad it is close to home. However, it can be busy especially during the holiday season. It is centrally located being on I-95 in northern DE. It is close to NJ, PA and MD, so I find that many travel here to take advantage of the tax-free shopping. My main complaint is that they need MORE roads going in and out of the mall area since they keep expanding and adding more shopping/restaurants.

Christiana Mall is perfect for tax free shopping. It has a combination of individual shops and department stores such as Macy's, Nordstrom, JC Penney and Target with great food court. It is all new and clean.

If you are ever in the area and looking to do some shopping this is a great place to get your shopping on. The mall has all the major stores and brands you would typically find in malls. Also, some nice restaurants and place to eat.
