Ran out of bread and instead of telling us they put it in a bowl and refused to give us a refund. Shitty service to say the least. Very rude as well.

Jersey Mikes has good sandwiches! Always fresh tasting! Had a short wait for my Turkey Hoagie. I usually get this when I come here. Staff was polite! They have indoor seating. Small area though. I noticed a picnic table out front.

The sandwich was good, but the order process was rough. Folks behind the counter were not paying much attention to us and no one else was in the store at the time. Other Jersey Mikes the process is seamless and fast. In and out. Floors could us a deep clean.

The Jersey mikes on kirkwood hwy is way better the staff is nice and the bread is softer and they give you more meat and toppings. This was my first time at the mall location and staff was rude and my bread was hard and my sandwich was dry I will never be back.

Somehow every time I come to this store (3+ occasions in the last few months), there always seems to be an issue on why I can’t be served. Today’s issue was a lack of bread, last time December 21, 2024; the grill was off an hour early before the store closed, November 23rd same issue. There needs to be some form of accountability.

Went in for a sub I ordered. My sub wasn’t ready yet so I sat down because I saw they were busy. I guess out of sight out of mind I went up to check if my sub wasn’t ready and whoever the lady was working was rude telling me their forgetfulness for over 30 min wasn’t that serious. She was super rude and just wanting to start something. I guess never time she wants me to be rude all in their faces then seeing they are busy and waiting til they let me know it’s ready. Horrible customer service. No apology or anything just a it’s not that serious. I guess it’s ok to make someone wait wayy after their food is done

Yesterday Bella Mar treated me and Celina to cheesesteaks….where did this monstrosity come from you ask? Jersey Mikes….never had one so figured I’d try….

Bread-was ok I wouldn’t say fresh I wouldn’t say old….
Steak- dry as the Sahara desert, seasoned ok but seems like it was cooked no one used it so they recooked it…
Cheese- it was ok standard American melted pretty decent
Onion- couldn’t taste em, didn’t have any texture wouldn’t even know they were there

It’s a chain spot so I knew what that meant as far as portions so I got double meat and double cheese for us both…got Celina the standard…

Now the sandwich size itself…a “regular” is 6 inches and a “giant” is about 10inches??? And for the price? Especially price vs quality? I’d never go there again on that principle alone….a pizza shop or sub spot is gonna give you double the size and much better quality for the price ($47)

3.2/10 -dry meat that wasn’t helped by the extra cheese or the ketchup I put on to try and help it afterwards. I’d never get a sandwich from here for the price alone but then add the quality? Epic fail
